The location is convenient, within walking distance to the beach. The reception and parking attendants were also good. The room looked like the pictures, but it had a slight odor upon entering and wasn't very airy. The toilet faucet was leaking. The soundproofing wasn't good; guests returning from their outings were very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Around midnight, I still couldn't sleep when I suddenly heard the sound of water running in the bathroom. My husband went to check and found the shower running. He had carefully turned it off, but I could still hear the water running. I was so scared I just lay there praying. Finally, it stopped. Strangely, from check-in to check-out, there wasn't a single leak except for that one time. Overall, apart from the leaking faucet and the soundproofing, everything else was fine for the price. You can try it out.

I knew the prices were higher on weekends, but for over 2 million VND, I got a cramped, windowless room, floors I had to wear slippers on, and a small bathroom. Generally, I didn't dare use anything there, not even a glass of water. The only good thing was the security guard who kept the car keys and helped move the car for guests, he was very helpful.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are airy, and its location near the beach makes it very convenient. The staff are friendly and provide quick assistance. The price is reasonable for the quality. Next time I return to BELLA VT HOTEL, I will definitely choose to stay here again 👍

Service: The receptionist is enthusiastic in supporting Hygiene: 3/5 because I checked in at 6pm, but the bathroom was not clean and smelled. Had to report to the reception department to handle. After that, the smell was still a bit unpleasant The room image on Traveloka is not the same as the reality, everyone. Reasonable price. Suitable for those who just need a place to rest at night without paying too much attention to amenities and services. Service: The receptionist is gentle, cheerful and enthusiastic in supporting Hygiene: 3/5 because I checked in at 6pm, but the bathroom was not clean and smelled. The room was a bit small but clean. My toilet faucet was leaking, the staff helped fix it but it happened again 😅. The room didn't have an iron so I had to borrow it from the receptionist. Reasonable price, near the beach, quite ok!

I didn't feel comfortable to stay here because the beds and bathroom are not clean. It feels like cleaners did not complete their cleaning properly before allowing us to receive the room. Furthermore, the bathroom equipment is old and the shower is leaking water. However, the location can be a good choice due to being near the beach.

- Space: Ground floor: parking lot, can accommodate about 20-30 motorbikes, 5 cars. 1st floor: Reception desk, spacious dining room, however, there are quite a few seats. There are 2 elevators, comfortable fire escape stairs. There are 3 types of rooms: regular room, VIP room & family room. (I stayed in VIP room -> Has balcony) - Service: Attitude is not very cheerful, the security guard is enthusiastic. - Location: convenient 3 minutes to the beach, surrounded by many amenities. - Rooms: clean, odorless (should equip with scented wax or room spray to enhance the experience), has TV and refrigerator, magnetic lock door is quite safe, has table and sofa, dressing table, 1 bedside table. - Items inside: good air conditioner, clean and fragrant bed sheets, towels seem clean (I did not use). - Toilet: acceptable, a bit small but clean, has a dryer and full of personal items. The room is not very soundproof, can clearly hear talking and outside sounds, because the area is crowded, it is quite noisy at night until about 2am when it is quiet. Overall, I can rate it 4/10, with this price on the weekend, I have many other better options.
