The hotel is very nice. From staff, service, to customer support, all 10 points. There are 2 problems the hotel needs to fix. 1 is that I am in a room on the 1st floor with a balcony, and the door latch is broken, so I am not sure. 2 is that if you want to use hot water, you have to run the faucet on the hot side for a long time to get hot water. The room is clean, airy but a bit small. Seen on Traveloka 25m2 but in fact is 18m2. Breakfast is quite good, not too many dishes, but many options for a full breakfast to go out. The soundproofing room is a bit poor, so just say it out loud and the next room can hear it all. About 3km from Xuan Huong Lake, the straight road is wide and easy to go.
