Wonderful hotel, luxurious experience and great service. I have no complains about the stay. The view of the walking street was great, and I could see Bitexco tower from my room. Central location right on the walking street, and there’s a cinema nearby for late night movies. Concierge was friendly, they helped with the luggages and restaurant reservation. The hotel also has a “pillow menu” from which you can choose from a variety of pillows. TV channels were sufficient. Minibar offering was good. Bathtub and bathroom view were fantastic. There’s some noise from the ongoing music festival, but that stopped around 11pm and did not disturb my sleep at all since the King bed was so comfortable.

The room was immaculate—stylishly furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly soft and the linens were fresh.

The room was great! Clean and had all the amenities we needed, worth it for its very affordable price. Staff was also very helpful, polite and can speak English very well, not to mention it had a great location as it was located at the backpackers area where there are a lot of restaurants, travel agencies, money changers and shops nearby. The location is very good, from the hotel you could walk to Bitexco building and Nguyễn Hue Walking street. There are many options for food and drinks, especially Milk tea, a popular drink for young people! Moreover, it's very near to Hồ Tùng Mau street where you could enjoy Northern food and have many selfie photos in good coffee shops.
Staff are friendly, they clean room every single day and re-arrange your stuff neatly and tidy. I'm very happy with the stay.

Rosa Centre Hotel
Small clean hotel along the Bui Vien pub/bar streets with lots of side street eateries. Walking distance to Central Market. Value for money room rates with simple breakfast. Only setback is too noisy as nearby pubs operates till early morning like 2-3am. So for those who prefer quieter place, this convenient hotel is not suitable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 👍😊

I would say this was a great value hotel until new owners took over in the last few days of my stay. New owners suddenly jacked up the price to double what I was paying previously during my almost 4 week stay. Very disappointing considering I was only staying 3 more days. If the new prices are a reflection of this hotel going forward, they are now overpriced.

Meraki Boutique Hotel
The room was extremely small and looked nothing like the photos. The staff were also incredibly rude.
We checked in around 7 PM and immediately noticed that the room’s light was broken, making it quite dark. When we asked the staff for assistance, they showed no willingness to help at all. To make things worse, we later found that the bedsheet was stained with ***, and when we requested a replacement, the male staff again refused to assist.
Frustrated and disappointed, we checked out after just one night. No matter what kind of help you ask for, the staff refuse to assist. There is absolutely nothing good about this place—it’s not even a hotel, more like a rundown motel. Avoid at all costs!

Dark, moldy and eerie with a much dated style. Booked and paid hotel just to end up leaving for a new hotel before night was up.
