Above expectations hotel. Nice staff, neat & clean, spacious room, great bed, fluffy pillow, good food at breakfast.
Great location, on the center of Saigon. Just go down to go to Takashimaya shopping center and just cross the street to go to Saigon Square. Surrounded by cafes, bars, convenience store, & many street food.

Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, inside Takashimaya, it's in a great location. Almost all major tourist attractions are within walking distance, making it extremely convenient for dining, shopping, and souvenir hunting.
The facilities and service are outstanding and the hotel is truly comfortable. The staff are friendly, the building is kept clean, the food is delicious, and the in-house background music is also tasteful. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, the first thing I will do is check for availability.

My family stayed here for 6 days. I am very satisfied with the services here. Each floor has a free coffee, cake, and fruit making room. There are also many free cans of water in the room that you can choose from. The staff is very enthusiastic and cheerful. See you again one day soon

Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great location—right in a busy shopping area but still peaceful inside. Clean, comfortable, great service and breakfast. The 2-bedroom was perfect for our family. We enjoyed it so much we booked again for our last night in HCMC. Will definitely stay again—highly recommend!

The hotel was very professional. They sent me arrival information on where the grab cab should drop me off and a staff member met me at the entrance despite being very busy at the shop entrance. The hotel itself was narrow with an average lobby.
They were nice to give us a room upgrade butvthe added tub made the room feel tight.
Pool was spacious with an amazing view of the high rises in central ho chi minh and the gym was connected via the shop to a public well equipped gym. Would stay again for the convenience.
