5 Stars Hotels in My Tho City, Vietnam

I don't want to say bad things about this hotel because I actually enjoy staying there. I want to stay there again. It is just a little frustrating that so many things are either closed or broken. Here is a list of issues I discovered during my 2 stays at the hotel.- Lights in the room didn't work.- Fridge and minibar were removed but still had the menu.- spa bath was broken and did not work both stays.- kettle was broken.- One of 3 lifts was broken on both stays.- Poolside furniture was broken.- Rooftop cafe/bar was closed and looked like it had not been touched for years (but they advertise it)- Outside was dirty and not looked after.- walls were damaged from wear and tear.- Room doors were hard to close and some were broken.- water pressure for showers was poor on the upper floors. But in saying all this I will still stay there because;- The beds were great.- the view was good from my room.- The Aircon worked well.- The TV worked.- The wifi was OK.- Gym was OK.- Staff were pretty good.- Breakfast was OK. I just hope they clean the place up a bit and it will be much better.

Good place to stay, highly recommended!

Spent time there and was my 2nd stay through app. I checked out 30 minutes and they charged me for another night with a discount of 50%... I ended up paying but I don't think this is common practice to charge people half night because they checked out at 12:37pm instead of 12pm from my usual experience Overall the place is properly located but it's quite noisy during nights and days.

Staffs are awesome. However their room needs more improvement especially the bathroom.

Excellent in every respect and a great location. Very clean and friendly.

Compliments for good service and supportive staffs. Quiet and clean hotel in the city zone with parking area too. The price is a great offer as there is also an extra single-bed that we can request extra pillows and blanket. This is a great place to stay when you visit Tien Giang

too noisy. The hotel has no soundproofing. late at night but the door banged. staff also did not remind to be silent. I couldn't sleep all night at 12 o'clock in the morning, I was always noisy

Good service and nice view! I had a great trip with my family here this Têt holiday.

Smell of old furnished room and got bugs, small cockroaches in toilet. The air condition took very long to get cool. Toilet door cant be closed. Guests should be aware there's no free of charged water bottles.
