One of the hotels that impressed me the most during my trip to Sapa. 🤍 From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect: clean rooms, beautiful views, lovely staff, and incredibly helpful service. We arrived early without prior notice, but fortunately, a room was available and we were allowed to check in early. The staff were very kind and informative. They also provided recommendations for places to visit, such as Fansipan World and Sapa snacks. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a view of the city with the hills and lake in the background. The amenities were also complete. On our last day, upon checking out while waiting for the bus to Hanoi, we were given complimentary local oranges and tea. The staff were very friendly.

Rent rum med mycket fint utsikt! Bra luftkonditionering! Allt man behövde i rummet fanns tillgängligt! Jättetrevligt och hjälpsam personal som pratar bra Engelska! Vi fick lämna kvar våra väskor hela dagen efter utcheckningen och fick själva vara kvar på allmänna hotell utrymmet tills bussen kom! De skickade även med färdkost med oss! Rekommenderas starkt!

I had a great experience here. The hotel is close to the town center, convenient for getting around, and near many restaurants. The two owners are enthusiastic and helpful, doing everything they can to assist guests (calling taxis, renting motorbikes, etc. If we couldn't get a taxi due to traffic, the owner would even take us to the Sapa taxi office near the hotel on his motorbike). The rooms are clean, spacious, and have TV and Wi-Fi. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Thank you so much, Glow Sapa. Wishing Glow continued success!

The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing and offers a full range of amenities: motorbike rental, massage, hair washing, Red Dao herbal bath, etc. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful, especially Ms. Dịu. It's a pity the weather wasn't ideal for visiting Fansipan, the Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge, etc., but that's okay, it gives us another reason to return to Sapa with our family.

The room was incredibly beautiful, clean, and new. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with early check-in and renting a motorbike. It's also conveniently located for getting around. Everyone should experience it; I've traveled to many places, but I feel this is the best accommodation experience I've had.

The hotel is new, beautiful, and clean. The rooms are spacious, and for this price, a room with two beds is very good. The room decor is quite cozy. The staff member was enthusiastic, helpful, and even helped me exchange money. However, the hotel's location is suitable for those planning to rent a motorbike or own a car; walking isn't far but can be tiring, and renting a motorbike to the city center is a bit short, so many drivers are reluctant to go. Nevertheless, it's still close and convenient to visit tourist attractions. 9 out of 10, I'll consider staying here again next time.
