I had a great experience here. The hotel is close to the town center, convenient for getting around, and near many restaurants. The two owners are enthusiastic and helpful, doing everything they can to assist guests (calling taxis, renting motorbikes, etc. If we couldn't get a taxi due to traffic, the owner would even take us to the Sapa taxi office near the hotel on his motorbike). The rooms are clean, spacious, and have TV and Wi-Fi. Overall, I'm very satisfied. Thank you so much, Glow Sapa. Wishing Glow continued success!

One of the hotels that impressed me the most during my trip to Sapa. 🤍 From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect: clean rooms, beautiful views, lovely staff, and incredibly helpful service. A complete trip not only because of the beautiful scenery, but also because of the amazing service experience. If I have the chance to return to Sapa, Glow Sapa Hotel will still be my first choice.

The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing and offers a full range of amenities: motorbike rental, massage, hair washing, Red Dao herbal bath, etc. The staff are very enthusiastic and helpful, especially Ms. Dịu. It's a pity the weather wasn't ideal for visiting Fansipan, the Dragon Cloud Glass Bridge, etc., but that's okay, it gives us another reason to return to Sapa with our family.

We arrived early without prior notice, but fortunately, a room was available and we were allowed to check in early. The staff were very kind and informative. They also provided recommendations for places to visit, such as Fansipan World and Sapa snacks. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a view of the city with the hills and lake in the background. The amenities were also complete. On our last day, upon checking out while waiting for the bus to Hanoi, we were given complimentary local oranges and tea. The staff were very friendly.
