Hanoi Allure Hotel

Friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful — they went above and beyond without ever making it feel like a chore. A special mention for their luggage storage service: they held my bags without any fuss while I headed out on a Hạ Long Bay cruise, which made my trip planning so much smoother. This is the kind of thoughtful hospitality that earns real loyalty. Breakfast was a genuine highlight — a generous spread with a great mix of Vietnamese and Western options. Whether you're craving a warm bowl of phở to start your morning or something more familiar, there's something for everyone. Fresh, varied, and delicious every day. The location is hard to beat for exploring Hanoi's Old Quarter, yet the hotel sits on a quieter side street — a real blessing if you're a light sleeper. Within a short walk you'll find convenience stores, laundry services, and bus pick-up points for day trips. It's the perfect balance of being close to the action without the noise. I would stay again in a heartbeat — and will recommend to every friend visiting Hanoi

We stayed at the Allure on two separate occasions during our Vietnam trip. Both stays were great. The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The hotel booked a car to the airport for us and stored our luggage when we needed it. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location in the old quarter was very central. We highly recommend the Allure.

Beautiful hotel, kind staffs, very nice breakfast with plentiful choices and tasty food. Enjoyed my pleasant two night stays here.
