We stayed at the Allure on two separate occasions during our Vietnam trip. Both stays were great. The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The hotel booked a car to the airport for us and stored our luggage when we needed it. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location in the old quarter was very central. We highly recommend the Allure.

Excellent hotel with the amazing staffs. The hotel is located in a pretty good area within walking distances to many restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. The staffs are very nice and friendly, we feel welcome by them all the time during our stays. Especially Jenny. Highly Recommended!

The staff were very accommodating and super helpful. The bed was comfortable, room clean and the shower had hot water. Air-conditioning worked well to. I only stopped one night so can't comment on the gym etc. I would definitely come back again.

I booked a room with balcony I thought it will look out to the street, but it looks directly and so close to a neighbor’s patio which is not privacy. Hotel location is in the center of old town, walkable to many restaurants near by. The staffs were not too friendly and helpful as other 4-5 stars hotel’s service that I stayed in the area. The girl who worked in the buffet area, need a smile and be more helpful. Room is clean and good size.

A gem hotel inside the winding roads of old Hanoi. Located conveniently to so many attractions but still ensuring a relatively quiet stay despite us being on 2nd floor. The breakfast was amazing. The hot food changed every day and the lemongrass tea! (I’m inspired to make it on my own). The staff from every step from the lobby to luggage assistance to the breakfast to the wonderful cleaning ladies are all angels and super helpful. I appreciate the treatment we received in my first trip to Vietnam and hope to be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The family room was quiet and huge. Breakfasf was decent. The areas have many eateries, roadside food stalls, restaurants and massage shops. Location is veey neaf Beer Streets and in Old Quarter. It also have a laundromat nearby. Tip: Request for a quiet family room.

Ikke et 4-stjernet hotel efter vestlig standard. Gulvet ved døren til rummet gabede så der kom lys ind, føltes lidt slidt på rummet og var mørkt. Badeværelset nedslidt og der lå hår på gulvet. Morgenmad enormt skuffende. Man sad i en kælder og det var ikke særlig spændende. Totalt stressende personale til morgenmaden og der var meget trangt dernede.

This is the best hotel location in old quarter. You can’t find any fault with this hotel. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about what you are expecting. They even give you a food guide and tourist area around Hanoi. They also have tour consultant to cater your need if you are travel out of Hanoi. The room was clean and quiet. Air conditioner work very well for me during this hot summer period. The heater work well with warm water immediately when you turn on. Do not miss this hotel if you are coming to Hanoi. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent hotel with the amazing staffs. The hotel is located in a pretty good area within walking distances to many restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. The staffs are very nice and friendly, we feel welcome by them all the time during our stays. Especially Jenny. Highly Recommended!

We stayed at the Allure on two separate occasions during our Vietnam trip. Both stays were great. The staff were fantastic, helpful and very friendly. The hotel booked a car to the airport for us and stored our luggage when we needed it. The room was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location in the old quarter was very central. We highly recommend the Allure.

The staff were very accommodating and super helpful. The bed was comfortable, room clean and the shower had hot water. Air-conditioning worked well to. I only stopped one night so can't comment on the gym etc. I would definitely come back again.

Great location. Very convenient hotel. So many options for places to eat. All the staff were so helpful. Ready to help you with anything. They work so hard. Comfortable beds and very little noise at night. Good breakfast buffet options.
