The room is beautiful, just like the picture. I arrived and was upgraded to a higher room category for free. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. I checked in late but was still very quick. There is a place to park motorbikes in the house, but probably only for a few. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel gave me a new room, 1 class more than the room I booked. Photo-like room, spacious, airy, clean, well-equipped with amenities. Having cleaned the room when I went out, I found the room was clean and clean. The hotel is in town so it's easy to walk to go out without having to pay much for transportation. The hotel was rather small, and to make matters worse, some of the rooms I booked had their air conditioners malfunction in the middle of the night. Two rooms on the 6th floor, where we stayed, suddenly experienced an electrical overload and the circuit breaker tripped. Even though we had informed the owner (presumably the hotel lady) beforehand about one of the malfunctioning air conditioners, she said setting it to 16 degrees caused an electrical overload and that we needed to set it to 26 degrees to get it cool. By midnight, the air conditioners were completely broken because they weren't cooling properly, and the reception staff took a long time to move us to another room (initially they claimed there were no other rooms available, but later they had a room to switch to after I insisted).

I definitely won't be coming back. First of all, the hygiene was terrible. There were two sheets and pillowcases, one of which was dirty with obvious stains. The chairs in the room were also dusty. The bidet was so dirty right at the toilet that I didn't dare use it. The shower head was also dirty and difficult to fix in place; it could fall on my head at any moment while I was showering. And for the price of over 800,000 VND/night, the TV in the room had no internet connection, the landline phone had no cord (you had to go down to the reception to get anything). There was no hairdryer. And especially, the lobby and kitchen were downstairs (it seems the owner's family lives at the hotel, it was very noisy with both adults and children). I've been to Hanoi over 50 times. I've never had such a bad experience!

Honestly, at first I was hesitant to book this hotel because of the bad reviews, but honestly, with this price, it's really worth it. It's close to several Michelin Guide restaurants, and everything is close to the most popular places, just a 5-10 minute walk to the hamous places.

under maintenance, abandoned, not cleaned, not taking care about installations, smelling to smoke in some areas, lights not running well, poor wifi. Property is not clear about prices. I though I booked for one night and during check-in they told me that was only for 2 hours. Very deficient information. Traveloka make it confused also. Traveloka also not clear with information.

The door can't be opened, blaming the guest for breaking it 🙂‍↔️ Arguing with the guest one-on-one, when losing the argument, then turning around and saying the guest is rude 😏 talking behind the guest's back and the guest heard 🥹 In general, the landlady is like a pussy 🫶🏻 curly haired old lady, I promise to remind her at length in the upcoming stories 👍 what kind of old lady is this, what a bad karma 🤢 To be fair, besides that old lady, I still thank the 2 men for their support 🤗 but I still have to vote 1⭐️, I hate it so much

I really dislike this hotel and will definitely never come back: - The soundproofing is extremely bad. Next to the hotel are shops and they clean up noisily from 1-2am every day. I can clearly hear every sound of them talking and washing pots, basins... And in the old quarter, the noise starts at 6am. Every day I can only sleep 4-5 hours because of the noise outside and the loud closing of doors inside the hotel. If you stay here, avoid room 201. - The rooms are old, there is no exhaust fan so the air is very stuffy and the smell of the bed sheets is really unpleasant. - The air conditioner is too old, it makes a loud noise so I have to turn it off when I sleep because it is too noisy. - The cleaning lady did not change the bed sheets or clean the room. She only changed the towels and water on the first day of the 3 days I stayed here. - The price is quite high compared to the service. I don't understand why it is rated so high on traveloka with all the things I experienced. I will have to check with many other parties in the future instead of just trusting traveloka.
