The room we stayed in was an old row of rooms at the back and had to walk up to the 3rd floor (R303), the room was dark, some had light bulbs and some didn't, the fan was no longer covering the walkway, the walls were peeling, the toilet was terribly old. There wasn't even a bottle of water. The blanket was itchy. Not worth the money I paid for the room!

Super old hotel, one thing in the photo, another in reality. Room air conditioning is not available. The balcony room was better, but the room inside was like a matchbox. Elevator is inconvenient. Darkroom. Toilet has broken water pipes. Entering the room, you smell a musty smell

The staff not friendly love to sleep on the back sofa area. Weakness:-the hotel carpet really dirty.-the rooms also dirty, smell bad.-furniture very old.-Ac remote broken.-TV signal broken.-door handle broken.-low wifi signal.-the rooms totally different with the photos they posted in traveloka (no window room too)-some broken lamp.-with not cheap price they also not give us mineral bottle water like the other hotel we stay. Plus point:-area near to the night market

Super bad service, moldy room, unusable old and unrenovated bathroom, shower had to be tied with rubber bands, very old bed sheets, after just 5 minutes of lying down I had a rash all over my body...,, and many more super bad things, I had to leave at night because I couldn't sleep. I advise everyone not to stay here if you don't want to lose money.

Totally different with the hotel pictures here! Old hotel we got room 503, old room, dirty carpet, used tissue and condoms beside broken wardrobe, smelly corridor! Without lighting in the corridor! Luckily we just put our luggage and traveled to Sa Pa! Totally not recommended!

Booked a deluxe double room for 800k/night but the receptionist gave me a room with 3 beds next to each other, the sheets and blankets were sloppy and discolored so I couldn't sleep so I had to change to a nearby hotel. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist said there was only 1 room left and no refunds were given, and told me to contact the refund app. But I have emailed both the customer service and support departments but have not received any response up to this point. Too bad

As for the service, it's ok, but in terms of amenities, I don't like it very much because it's so bad, especially the showerheads are so messy, the room is a bit smelly, if only there was a ventilated window to the outside.

Mình đã book phòng tại Hanoi Golden Charm và đã thanh toán xong hết nhưng khi đến thì chủ khách sạn kêu là chừa phòng cho mình bên kia và dẫn mình tới ở một khách sạn khác gần đó, phòng mình được ở thì cũ hơn nhiều so với phòng mình đã đặt nên trải nghiệm không tốt lắm. Mọi người cân nhắc trước khi đến nhé
