The hotel tore a shirt worth more than 7 million VND that was purchased only 5 days ago. The manager and receptionist did not handle it. They kept making promises to contact and call back, but they were all gone. The guests were the ones who called first. After 3 days, the hotel still had no action or response to the guests. Terrible.

Đặt để là 1 đêm nhưng tới khách sạn thì chỉ có 2 tiếng nên mình buộc phải trả thêm 350k để ở qua đêm vì không được hoàn tiền.

Phòng khác ảnh, cảm giác cũ và bí. Giữa 2 phòng vách ngăn bằng thạch cao không phải tường bê tông nên nghe rõ tiếng động phòng bên. Tầng trên thì kéo đồ đạc ầm ĩ cả đêm. Bù lại lễ tân nhiệt tình. Nhưng mình sẽ không quay lại

Staff are enthusiastic, friendly and polite new hotel so the room is clean, nice and fully equipped. Small room because in the old town. There is fruit in the room (free) The delicious breakfast food. The hotel is right in the central area, so near many famous restaurants and cafes
