Very nice hotel located in the city and service well but the hotel is limited facilities or allow staff don't inform as well.

It's too bad that Pullman is unprofessional and there are so many bad problems. When I first arrived, I asked where the parking was, but no one answered and ignored it. Then it was about the fact that I booked the room and paid for it on the app, but that party said it didn't receive the booking information and let the guest wait for 20 minutes. After that, a deposit of 3 million was required. Even though the room has been paid in full, it refuses to accept transfers or swipes ATM cards, but instead asks guests to swipe their credit cards to deposit. Then when checking out, they did not say that they would refund the money to their account later. As a result, the next day it said to wait 1-2 weeks to refund the customer. So that's how.
