Overall is good. The hotel is near the airport and it's easy to go anywhere by Grab. Just the main hotel door has high stairs, so if we have big luggage, it makes us very tired to go up and down. Especially since there's no bellman at this hotel.

I've never stayed in a 4-star hotel like this before. And it wasn't cheap either. I thought choosing a slightly more expensive room would be better, cleaner, and more comfortable (1,300,000 VND/night). But the room was small, dirty, cramped, smelly, and the bathroom was filthy. It was a truly terrible experience! Very disappointing!

The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, and the pool was beautiful. I stayed on a Monday, booked at the last minute, and got a good price. The pool didn't have a strong chlorine smell like other pools, which I really liked, and the view was also beautiful.
