room quite good and clean with large bathroom. staff was ok, he help me with renting a motorbike. location is very near to the lake and surrounded by local food.

The room is ok and bathroom is ok. Staff are friendly although they did ask for payment even though we have already paid through app. Value for money and will recommend to others. It is nice that they provide 1 double and 1 single though we only book for 2 pax. I think they should provide daily leaning instead of guests asking to lean the rooms.

Hotel has a good location that is near a lot of restaurants and Sapa Lake. You can have breakfast in the very next door, local food is highly recommended. Staff are nice and helpful. But we did not satisfy with accommodation: air conditioner was broken at first mid night but staff helped us replace with a fan; electricity was cut down in the second morning. I really hope they will improve all of them.

Really appreciate that! The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the location of the hotel, it's about 5 to 10 minutes walking to the church/centre of the town and also near the bus station, the lake. Absolutely recommended.

Everything is ok, room is clean, warm water, friendly host. Refrigerator and some lights did not work.
