By far the best Sheraton I have stayed in. Exceptional staff (wish I could remember all their names) and top level service. Rooms are modern and well appointed. Everything you need is there. Food was great. Pool area is nice. If you have lounge access you will not be disappointed. Easy walking to shopping, markets and restaurants. Have stayed here multiple times. Will be back.

Very comfortable room - the room faced the pool and was extremely quiet, even though the hotel is on a main street, very friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast! However, there were renovations on the upper floors of the hotel, and if we had to be in the room - it would have been an unpleasant inconvenience. At the very least, this information should have been given before booking the room - it would have been less pleasant to encounter this fact during the stay itself.

Great services; Club lounges provided variety refreshments & evening served excellent choices of foods and drinks. Didn’t need to eat out at all. Staffs were attentive and helpful. Swimming pool nice, women locker & sauna were clean. Hotel location within walking distance to all attractions. Our 3 nights stay overall satisfied.

An excellent hotel in a great location. However facities for dinner were not the best. We wanted a sit down restaurant with internation food. Other than the buffet, we found the food just average.

Our stay at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel was excellent from the moment we arrived. From check-in to departure, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They were always opening doors and offering help whether it was finding a place to eat, getting drinks, or recommending places to shop. Our room on the 12th floor with a river view was beautiful. It was spacious, very clean, and a comfortable place to relax after a day exploring the city. One of the highlights was having access to the 5th-floor lounge, which included afternoon tea and happy hour. It was a great perk that made the stay feel even more special. The pool on the 5th floor was also a great place to unwind. It was perfect for an afternoon swim to cool off from the Ho Chi Minh City heat. The hotel also has a casino on the first floor, which we enjoyed visiting during our stay. One thing to note is that the tables only accept U.S. dollars for gambling. The location of the hotel is fantastic. We were able to easily walk to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It was also very convenient to get rides using Grab whenever we needed transportation. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with great service, a great location, and wonderful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit Vietnam.
