There's absolutely nothing to complain about. My Korean boyfriend is quite picky, but he was very satisfied with the service at the hotel. In particular, the receptionists on the second floor and the staff in the lobby on the first floor who lent us yellow towels were incredibly friendly.

Phí gửi xe máy: 30.000 VND/24h, oto: 100.000 VND/24h (nếu di chuyển bằng một trong hai phương tiện này) 4. Hồ bơi tầng 6: từ 09:00 đến 18:00. 5. Phòng Gym tầng 6: phục vụ hàng ngày theo hai khung giờ như sau: buổi sáng từ 06:00 đến 10:00, buổi chiều từ 16:00 đến 20:00. 6. Dọn phòng và thay hàng vải 02 ngày/lần. The room wasn't cleaned for two nights, and toothpaste had to be requested only when asked. The hotel is huge, yet they charge for parking. Why not charge extra to avoid the frustration of having to pay for parking?

The hotel is OK but the swimming pool only allows one bath per day. I asked the staff and they explained that it was due to regulations because only one towel was given per day. This is another unreasonable reason for guests to stay here if it was because of the towel. Such amenities are not reasonable. The hotel needs to research and change the regulations for guests to stay here.
