The hotel was too crowded! It's a 5-star hotel, but my personal experience wasn't very good! The low ceilings made it feel stuffy.

There's absolutely nothing to complain about. My Korean boyfriend is quite picky, but he was very satisfied with the service at the hotel. In particular, the receptionists on the second floor and the staff in the lobby on the first floor who lent us yellow towels were incredibly friendly.

The breakfast was varied and reasonably priced, the rooms were clean, the staff were enthusiastic, and there was a beautiful swimming pool on the 40th floor.

The elevator has a 10-minute wait time each time it goes up or down.

The room wasn't cleaned for two nights, and toothpaste had to be requested only when asked. The hotel is huge, yet they charge for parking. Why not charge extra to avoid the frustration of having to pay for parking?

Despite being a 5-star hotel, the facilities are a bit basic, and the rooms have a slight odor, but it's acceptable. The only positive point is its convenience, being close to the city center and the Incense Tower. Breakfast is basic, nothing special, and the food is just okay.

A family of two adults and two children (1 and 5 years old) stayed comfortably. The buffet was abundant and delicious; it's definitely worth experiencing.

The bedroom floor is still very sandy and dirty, the bathroom is dirty, smells of mold and cigarettes, not worthy of a 5 star hotel.

The hotel needs to change the rule that guests staying for 1 day can only swim in the pool once.

The hotel is OK but the swimming pool only allows one bath per day. I asked the staff and they explained that it was due to regulations because only one towel was given per day. This is another unreasonable reason for guests to stay here if it was because of the towel. Such amenities are not reasonable. The hotel needs to research and change the regulations for guests to stay here.
