Le bain tourbillons était pris par une famille qui ne laissait pas la chance à d'autres d'en profiter.

I was so happy tp be upgraded to a king bed. For no other reason then they offrednit so of course i said yes! They were so kind, curteous, attentive. Room was clean. In a great location! I would stay again.

Very nice

I was a bit reticent to book because of all the bad reviews but our experience was way better than we expected. It is true that the hotel is a little bit dated and some renovations are needed (damages on the baseboard, some closets doors needed a little wiggle to close properly) but nothing that prevented us to have a great time there. Our room was super clean, staff was nice and made us feel really welcome. The soundproofing between the rooms are excellent, there was a party next door and we could hear them only when the door was opened. Bedding was clean, mattress in perfect condition. So in general, If you need everything to be in perfect shape to feel comfortable than yes, pick somewhere else. If you're looking for a clean and well equipped room then absolutely, go for it. FYI the elevators go up to 26th floors and there's big floor to ceiling windows from which youbhave amazing views of the château Frontenac, the river, the plaines... Not new but still awesome!

Security was fast to fix noise from party crew on the floor we stayed good hotel policy for respect of other guests in the house

There was blood on our bedspread, the headboard, the shower curtains were dirty, the contour of the bed was stained, moldings and tapestry peel off, window curtains stained with blood

Aurait besoin d’un peu de rénovation

The room was large and clean, but white old and worn out looking. It needs an update, it could use new chairs as the chair legs are all loose and ready to break and the bedding needs to be redone. The blowdryer is all cracked and and no shelving or enough hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom.

Hot water problem.

Room 2409 was close to the elevators which we heard all night, we could not take a shower as there was a plumbing problem, and the mattres was too soft which prevented us from sleeping. Ginny & André
