The room was comfortable and spacious. We have stayed there before. We always eat a meal in the revolving restaurant at the top floor. The Sunday Brunch is excellent and a evening meal in the restaurant is special to see Quebec City with lights.

Really noisy even if on 14th floor because of a music bar beside. Underground parking is tight and dangerous because of hoses and cracks in the ground.

Overall you feel like you are in a 1950 hotel that wasn't renovated since... but it is very convenient and walkable from all the amazing places of Quebec city...
Very old rooms and hotel overall that needs maintenance plus we had a ventilation duct that kept making noise in the room and was on for the whole night...
We did not see any of the staff... receptionist was good and friendly...

Nous n'avons pas demandé de nettoyage de notre chambre pendant notre séjour et avons utilisé les m^mes serviettes pour économiser sur l'environnement,. Je ne me rappelle pas avoir vu de poubelles de récupération dans notre chambre.
Dire qu'il y a des stationnements électriques est vrai mais il faudrait dire qu'il y en a 3 pour un hôtel de plus de 20 étages ce qui est minime.

Looks very nice in the lobby, the pool area was nice. The rooms very outdated and dusty.
Unfortunately had some unsupervised children on our floor banging on doors and screaming in the hallways at 10pm. Hotel staff was very helpful and dealt with promptly
