The staff were exceptional. From the manager, to front desk and the server at breakfast were all very friendly and welcoming. The eagerness to ensure our stay was good went above and beyond.

Staff and rooms were excellent. Windsor downtown is in poor shape.

The inside of the hotel and room were very nice, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The parking lot is not great.

The lady at the front desk that checked us in, i believe her name is Melissa, she was so sweet, funny and relateable. She made us feel very comfortable snd welcomed. She even greeted us with a "welcome back" everytime we returned to the property. Very exceptional hotel stay.

Staff was friendly and our room was clean. Very dated. The area the hotel is in looked very sketchy.

Surrounded by unsafe conditions. Soup kitchen and sketchy people. McDonald had security guards. The actual hotel was awesome though.

Nice hotel. Hotel was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Area around the hotel was a bit rundown but we never felt unsafe.
