The location is not great. We did not feel safe. Room was average. Air con was soooo loud- no way we could sleep with it on. I would look for something else.

Stay was disappointing, other than location, not too much good to say. Hotel is more dated than anticipated, and adjacent properties are rough, homeless etc.

Stay somewhere else there is a recovery house next door full of addicts

Value for money was good. No complaints. It's a bit older and "weathered". Clearly not renovated in many many years. Room was clean and that's all I needed. If you are just looking for a place to largely sleep while in London and won't be spending time in the hotel otherwise, I recommend based on the value.

Room was clean, shower good pressure but took forever to drain, bed was comfy. Breakfast was horrible and it sucks you pay so much for a room and then also have to pay extra for parking! Also sucks that for a pet friendly hotel they charge you for your pet event tho no extra mess is made

Everything was just ok. Pretty basic. It did not feel especially clean or great. I was glad it was just for a one night stay.

The staff are okay. The room especially the carpet is dirty. The electrical outlets are good and not adequate.

I definitely do not recommend. There’s a homeless shelter right beside & about 15 ‘people’ were outside - most with the ‘fentanyl bend’. when we left next day one appeared lifeless on the curb which leads into the parking garage. inside hotel- there are some ‘ long-term stay guests’ who were quite noisy The carpet in the hallways has big stains, and the wallpaper has rips in it

I was told over the phone that the property was fully accessible and it was NOT. There were stairs from the parking lot to the hotel. (there was a VERY INCONVENIENT ramp.) The toilet was the very lowest I have seen. There was no bar so I could not get off without my husbands help.

Great stay before a concert at Canada Life Place. Very easy walk to get there and plenty of restaurants along the way. Hotel staff was very helpful and our room suite comfortable. Nice underground parking that is secured. We would definitely stay here again!
