The room was the best part of the hotel I don’t think the hallways had seen a vacuum in at least two weeks. I know it wasn’t vacuumed in the three days that I was there.

Frustrating as I made multiple reservations via EXPEDIA and the manager to CONFIRM reservations and still staff can’t locate then put us on different floors. Our 2nd front desk individual was polite helpful and placed us same floor. Decor is dated, but great for those going to the waterpark as they supply towels. They’re renovating so elevators are slow go and usually crowded. Night 2 fire alarm went off waking us at 4:42 till 5:26. Internal problem so there resolution was 12noon check out. Again the fire alarm went off before noon. So glad my grandkids are older and not scared just responsive. Parking was good close to the hotel, bellhops available. The staff are nice just misinformed. Great service in the restaurant everyone enjoyed from salads to steak and finished with crème brûlées Family Affordable

The Friday buffet for lunch was very sad, as well as no towels allowed for waterpark, cause I purchased through a 3rd party. Smoke detectors went off one morning/4am, for over 3 hours. Can hear through walls/halls easily.

If you buy your hotel room through Expedia they won’t give you the 40% off the wave pool or galaxy land. We’re pretty disappointed as we were told if you stay in the hotel rides and pool are 40% off. We got there went to have a shower and it wouldn’t drain. Get to bed and five in the morning the fire alarm was going off for half an hour. So our stay wasn’t that great.

The hotel was ok. For the price I expect better than 1 ply toilet paper and Kleenex. All 8 pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. The hotel alarm went off in the middle of the night, they did over intercom tell us to stay in our rooms but it would of been nice if they would have let us know once they cleared the alarm that everything was ok, instead of just turning the alarm off and leaving us to wonder.

Great hotel. Convenient. Room for family of 5. The elevators were slow. Often large line ups waiting. Should have better access to stairs or more efficient elevators. Overall, a great place to stay to enjoy WEM!

The room was dated and had noticeable water damage near the hot tub in room. The shower was small and it took 1/2 hour to get hot water to both hot tub and shower. The hot tub took at least an hour and a half to fill to fill point. Also, the valets were excellent. The check in staff were kinda not as bubbly and friendly as the check out staff. I was disappointed about not being able to cancel 1 night as that was not noted on booking, there was a 2 night minimum, I would’ve chosen a cheaper option.

Location is great. parking was difficult to find. Staff were really friendly. Lack of any amenities that come with stay. Major problem with elevators.We would wait 10 minutes and when an elevator finally showed up it was full. there are no stair options as all stairwells are emergency exit only.

I just want to warn every body here to be careful of this hotel, they charge me double in my room, I already pay to my Expedia reservation for to night March 9&10. When I checked in they ask my credit card for the damage deposit and they said the damage deposit should be return in a couple days. But to my surprise they charge for my stay even though it's already paid throughmy Expedia, and I phone the hotel 3 times already and they said they will return the money back to my account and 2 weeks later the charges still, not return to my account. The bank charges me of my over limit purchase because of what the fantasy land hotels did to my credit card of double charging my card. And right now I'm still trying to get whole of them, I'm on the phone right now, they put me on hold for 25 minutes now. I guess me and my husband had to drive to Edmton for 2&1/2 hours to talk to the manager for our refund if I didn't get an answer about this. They are abusing there Costomer and they are not honest.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, but as many have already stated before, the wait for the elevators is unacceptable. Not only does it make it inaccessible for those with mobility needs, all I can think of is fire hazard.
