I have never waited longer for an elevator. Can’t understand why having 4 elevators still yield a longer than a 10-min wait. The bathroom sink facet broke off when using off. I had to screw it back on. Our suite door creaked when opening. There were no prior notice that the bottles of water were free. And no slippers offered in the room. The suite next to us was so loud that we can hear their kids in the early morning probably due to the lack of sound insulation between suites.

Property felt a little outdated. Moved the side table to try and find an outlet and there was a ton of dust bunnies

This hotel was amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. The kindness and service truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Parking should be in that area and blocked off and 24 hr security

we had hot water issues in our room, they moved us to a second room and had hot water issues in that room as well. Maintenance came and fixed the water in the second room, but it was disruptive to our stay. The rooms were clean, but worn down. The convenience of the property being right in the mall was nice as we could go to the wave pool and shower/change in our room. for families the hotel is convenient.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable . Floors could be cleaner.

Good location staff could have been more helpful by informing us that construction would start at 6:30 am… we were also missing a battery in tv remote

Stayed only 1 night (child had a birthday party at galaxy land) so we choose to spend the night. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and easy access to the mall (restaurants, shopping, and close to the birthday party event). Stayed in a regular room, not the fantasy suites, but bed was comfortable and room was a good size for 4. The only complaint I had was the air conditioning in the room wasn't working well. Sometimes we had cool air, sometimes we didn't.
