Perfect location, nice view pool ,We enjoyed the vacation,

The toilet didn’t flush well and stopped up, requiring staff to come in and fix it. The timeliness of this very necessary service was over four hours, requiring us to go to the front office twice to get attention for the matter. The smell of sewer gas was terrible. Also, the property is undergoing some much needed maintenance, repairs, and upgrades due to its age. We were not advised that this was happening on our wing of the hotel, and we were disturbed by the noise and workers dangling from tethers right outside our windows. The furniture in the room was old and looked as though it came from a thrift shop.

Did not have hot water all the time, door didnt locked, there was hidden charges at the check in, beds were super stiff and staff was rude

Room smelled like sewage, bed mattress was super thin, pillows were very small, comforter on the bed was super thin, they didn’t clean the hallways or elevators at all the entire time I was there. The restaurant on property staff was not the best. Getting towels was not made easy. They need renovations!

Room was clean, but lacked basic amenities. NO COFFEE Maker! Staff was friendly. Amenities were EXTREMELY minimal. Glad we brought our own. Towels were rag tag. What I would use to clean with. Had to go to the desk to ask for newer towels.

I expected the room to be a lot nicer like the pictures show online, The building looks nothing like the photos. The rooms are rusty and gross, We had house keeping walk in the door while we were changing without knocking. And everyone at the restaurant by the pool will change the bill everytime you eat to be more expensive that it’s supposed to be. My husband and I left early and do not recommended.

The staff was amazing!! We wish they provided breakfast or lunch that will be better !! Or drinks

Affordable,Room was okay, Clean and tidy, old building ,currently under renovation on some part. they clean the room everyday.It just that on our last day, The air conditioning were dripping with water and the floor was soaking wet. Good thing, staffs were there to clean it.They were friendly and approachable. The hotel have an amazing view of the beach.Easily accessible go there.They have massage area just go up to the restaurant.Can book also some tours but its a third party there office is inside the hotel.

This Hotel's facility, amenity is very poor. Hot water doesn't come out from shower, we took shower with cold water, also no Hair dryer, no tissue, no coffee maker, Door lock sometime doesn't work, Bathroom doorknob is too close to wall, I smashed my finger, evator is always out of service. Also it passed more than 2 weeks from check out, but I still don't get refund. even reception staff checked our room when check out and he said ok. Only one good thing is reception staff is nice and kindly. He tried help us. If there is no staff like him, this is one star Hotel. Highly recommend to use other Hotel .
