Great location and staff

It was an easy stay, in a well equipped room, with all the necessary amenities (coffee pot, refrigerator, wifi, large bathroom with a tub). Room service was cordial and attentive. Clean room. Did not have breakfast at hotel, but they had a breakfast buffet for 10.50 euros.

Great stay on our trip to Segovia! The location is great because it has many great things that are walkable. Amazing dinner options as well. Rooms were clean and a big breakfast with many different options. Staff members were quick to answer all of our questions, and they were always polite and friendly. We will for sure be back when we come back. Thank youuu for allowing my family and I to have an amazing stay!!

Our room was tiny, but comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom. Front desk was friendly. Location can't be beat! It is on the Plaza Mayor and just a few steps to the cathedral, walking distance to the Alcazar, shops and restaurants. Limón y Menta is right across the street and I went there 4 times.

Everything was great. Just wished they had AC. Had to open the windows but the next day, I noticed I gotten bitten by bugs :(
