Hotel Infanta Isabel

Travelled with our child and the triple room was plenty big for the 3 of us. Staff were lovely. The rooms were very comfortable. We had a very difficult time getting a cab from the train station to the hotel so I suggest one be booked in advance if that is how you are arriving. The area of the hotel was 10/10.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Infanta Isabel. The room, service, and breakfasts were very good. The only thing to note is that wifi at the hotel was poor and intermittent. This affected access to the internet on our electronic devices and the TV in the room. Hopefully this will be remedied soon.

The parking situation is great cause they valet so you don’t have to worry, the whole place is absolutely stunning and very well laid out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the convenience of the location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in the best location! It is clean and has a beautiful charm. However, we got a room that was super small and dark.

Overall, it was a good one night stay. The rooms are large and clean. The best thing about the hotel is it is centrally located close to everything. On the other hand, it can get a little busy and loud since it is in the main square of Plaza Mayor. Luckily there were not any events during the night however, early Thursday morning they have a local farmers market and you can hear the trucks and carts pulling in. Also, the church bells ring every hour so although it is a beautiful sound, it can wake you up. I would suggest taking earplugs and you should be fine. The air conditioning unit in the room worked well, but it had a strange high-pitched noise that I’ve never heard come from an AC unit before. The lobby has some character and it is very charming. The staff was not rude, but they were not super friendly either. They were just OK. The rainfall shower was wonderful. I would give it 4 1/2 stars.

My room was very nice with a specatular view of the plaza and the cathedral. The room was large with big windows and a very nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and offered valet parking. The location of this hotel is wonderful, right on the main plaza.

Charming hotel in the heart of Plaza Mayor. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel is walking distance to all sights and restaurants.

The hotel was perfectly situated on Plaza Mayor, the staff was friendly, our room was always cleaned very well, and the breakfast was fantastic! Will absolutely be staying there again

While I do appreciate the courteous service at check-in and during breakfast, the rest of my experience was extremely disappointing. There was a failure in the cold water supply line, which I was informed originated from a city-wide issue. However, this situation made it impossible to use the bathroom at all—neither for showering nor for any basic hygiene needs—from the night of my arrival until at least 9:30 a.m. the next morning. I understand that technical issues can happen unexpectedly and may be out of your direct control. However, this does not absolve the hotel of responsibility. At no point was a formal apology offered, and no alternatives or gestures of consideration were provided. Upon checkout, there was no inquiry about how my stay was or any expression of empathy regarding the incident. What I experienced falls far below the standards of hospitality I expected when booking with your hotel. I paid for a habitable room and a minimum level of service, which was clearly not delivered.

Fantastic location and beautiful rooms. The hotel is in Plaza Mayor oposite the cathedral so stepping out in the morning you are walking out on a stunning vista. The staff were really attentive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Valet parking on arrival and the room and staff were wonderful! Fantastic central location and walking distance to the sites in the area! Wonderful stay!

El hotel estuvo muy cómodo para mi familia de 4 personas, nos dieron un “early check in “ todo muy limpio y organizado. Muy buena hubicacion al frente de la catedral y con distancias caminables a todo lugar. Altamente recomendado
