Nothing was working it was under construction. Price was high for zero amenities.

Wasn't swimming pool and no restaurant.

I thought there was a pool or gym, but none whatsoever. The beds were comfortable and found the location to be adequate.

Hotel was extremely clean, only downside was that all amenities were still under construction.

Our stay was okay overall, but we were disappointed with the level of service. When we checked in, there was no one available to assist us with our luggage, so we had to carry everything ourselves to the room. The next morning, we specifically requested at the reception that our room be cleaned. The lady at the front desk assured us that it would be taken care of. However, when we returned in the evening, the room was still in exactly the same condition. We understand that things can sometimes be missed, but both situations were disappointing, especially since we had requested assistance and were assured that the room would be cleaned. We hope the hotel can improve its guest service and communication between the front desk and housekeeping.

The Hotel is no longer the Kelowna Hotel and all amenities weren’t available. There is a HVAC unit right outside the room window. It was noisy and cycled on and off constantly. There was no breakfast. They didn’t offer any discounts to offset the misrepresentation of the hotel.

Room was not cleaned instead of repetitive requests. Overall average stay.

Great hotel

They had obviously just renovated and opened up rooms for evacuees. I'm not going to judge mid renovation - pool and gym were not ready. Dust in the room, but again, they had just opened this section. New finishes look nice!

The hotel is undergoing renovations and is still not fully operational. The business center and fitness facilities are not yet open. Otherwise, it's a great location and the staff is super helpful.

It is under construction or renovations right now. It should be better once that's complete. Good eats close by and shopping. Easy access and a close drive to downtown core. Rooms are clean and Wi-Fi is good.

Wrong information

The hotel was clean. How ever no coffee maker in rooms or the lobby. Only espresso maker. Had to leave hotel in the morning walk across the street to Tim Hortons very inconvenient no recycle bin in room no ice bucket in room. No do not disturb sign in room. Had to go ask for everything..

Clean room, lots of parking

I chose this hotel because of the swimming pool and my son was so exciting for their swimming pool with slide. We are disappointed that the swimming pool was under construction during our stay on Jul 26-27,2026. And, this hotel was not included breakfast as their breakfast still under construction. Room is clean and comfy but the air conditioning is a bit loud.

July 2026: This property was undergoing renovations so everything in the room was 100% brand new! Super clean everything! Location is perfect because Costco and lots of restaurants conveniently only minutes away. Definitely will stay here again! The only drawback - no free breakfast.
