Hotel Kelowna & Conference Centre

What wasn't apparent when we booked this hotel was that it is still under construction, so no pool, no breakfast area and not even any ice buckets although the person at the front desk was able to provide me with a plastic bag. The light fixtures in the foyer are beautiful and it will, I am sure, be lovely once the reno is completed. The room was comfortable enough, the bathroom well stocked with Crabtree and Evelyn products and nice bath towels. You cannot turn on the water without being in the shower, which is a bit inconvenient when it is necessary to endure a blast of very cold water before the warm kicks in. All in all, it was an excessively expensive bed and bath given nothing else was operable. Having stayed here many times in this hotel's previous existence, we do understand what is missing at this point. The location is great...near to restaurants and shopping.

When we arrived, we noted that the hotel was being renovated. This amenities such as the fitness centre and pool were unavailable. When we booked the room, there was nothing online that stated that the hotel was being worked on or that these services were unavailable. The rooms didn’t have any “do not disturb signs” and we were woken up by housekeeping trying to get into our unit. We found that the sheets on our bed initially weren’t clean and had notable red stains on them. Reception was approached regarding the issue and we were told that the issue would be dealt with promptly. We left for the afternoon and returned to find that nothing had been done (and there was barely anyone at the hotel). I went to the front again and expressed that I had asked for the bedding to be changed a second time. The desk attendant apologized and brought down a new sheet. We set the old sheet out in the hall and it stayed there until the following morning when someone finally picked it up. We will stay elsewhere next time.

Room was new and clean. No gym or pool as construction ongoing. No restaurant but many establishments near by. Good value for the price.

Rooms was so clean. Bed was comfortable. Look wise brand new hotel. Highly recommend. Staff so friendly. All the grocery and food stores in walk distance. Will stay next time here for sure 😊

This property is not yet open. The pool, fitness room, buffet breakfast do not exist as advertised….still under construction. One staff member was helpful, others were not. I left behind some belongings in the room and was difficult to call this property because it is not yet up and running. Staff couldn’t find my items and didn’t return my calls. One staff member did try to help me and Rooms were clean.

Arrived at hotel and saw it was double tree . It was all fenced by renovation fence. No entrance to the hotel. When called on the phone number ,message was, NoT in service .. because of renovations. What a time waste .

No amenities as the hotel was being taken over by Hilton, no room service or house keeping. No restaurant access or pool access. tv did not work properly as it was not connected to wifi.

It was a clean property but the property is still under construction so there were few things that needs fixing.Staff is very helpful. It’s close to all the major stores and food places.

Noisy , possible construction at night upstairs. It seems new , and not busy so can’t really say anything good or bad. Noisy.

The hotel service and staff were really good. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We had a great experience staying here.

The hotel and the hotel room were clean, and also under renovation at the time of our stay. But did not add any inconvenience. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was great and near restaurants making the stay comfortable. Overall, thank you for a comfortable stay and will do so in the future.

This hotel location is excellent, it close to all kind of shops and restaurants, easy to park. The hotel just started operating after a major indoor renovation, very clean but since it was new some stiff like ice machine were not functioning yet but you could ask reception and they will accommodate you, overall we had a good experience and we would try it on the next trip for sure.

The towels dirty, the floor not clean, no shower gel , and no one answered when I called. The room was new, but it would be even better if the cleaning staff could improve their services.

Staff didnt helped at all … Refrigerator was not working . Our food got spoiled. Pool , gym , guest laundry , breakfast was never provided… when i booked this hotel everything was on the posting and when i questioned the staff and asked him why they were telling it on expedia about anemities and upon checking we got to knew it was under renovation and he said he will call the boss and boss was out of town and literally didn’t do anything about it ….. Such a fake and terrible service

The restaurant, pool and gym were not available.

All over it was very nice!! They did not have any amenities opened as property was under construction.

No hot.water people partying till 218 am to4 am no sleep. No pool available not noted on website but shows pictures of it. No use of phone to call front desk to tell them about party without leavubg my grandson. Worst stay ever
