The hotel was excellent, very clean, I just need to contact the agent or shipping support because they charged me again today for my hotel and it was already paid since Saturday and I'm not happy about that, why did they charge my account again without my authorization? I need the refund as much as possible, please

Nice hotel with beautiful view. You no longer get free WeGo passes, which was disappointing. Buffet is nice but expensive. If you do the buffet, get your tickets the night before for a $5.00 discount. Bathroom needs grab bar by the toilet.

We are from Toronto and there wasn't a Canadian tv station at all in the room, no CBC, CTV or Global. That was disappointing. And no Movies offered. Location was good, view from room was good. Bed not the most comfortable.

It was quiet, staff was friendly and helpful. Peaceful. Jaccuzzi had what looked like dirt but appeared to be like a dark fuzzy material coming out of jets. Ropes hung in front of our window on Sunday but our window didnt get cleaned. Disappointing as view was dirty. Another towel for hair would have been nice. Bed was super comfortable. Water although not in room was available so we could have coffee in our room. Happy for the fridge. Loved that sofa was placed in front of window. We had a good relaxing visit. Thank you. Yes, I would stay again.

We liked the convenience to the park/falls and to restaurants. The hotel shop had odd hours and no one at the information desk during our stay.

I really enjoyed the view in my room. I had the best view of Niagara Falls. Breakfast was expensive, but service was excellent.

The staff was beyond kind and welcoming. It was a very busy weekend due to a convention centre event, and every single person I interacted with was remarkably kind and helpful. The service really stood out. Our room was clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed, fridge, coffee, hairdryer, etc, including an incredible view of the falls. The gym was clean and quiet. It had lots of cardio equipment, benches, dumbbells, and a cable machine. The hotel was walking distance to everything that mattered to us (the falls, the convention centre, Clifton hill, casino, restaurants) Did I mention how friendly the staff were? Overall a great place to stay.

Have stayed a few times but after the experience this weekend won’t stay again. Thermostat fuse blew froze the first night. Tap in bathroom leaked all over the sink no one fixed it when told. Dumpster view. Booked bag cart 2 hrs before and had to carry items 1 by 1 with a knee injury because the bellman couldn’t help. Missed performance due to lack of baggage assistance despite leaving 2hrs. When I asked for duty manager was told they would email me contact info and nothing and was thanked for my feedback on the stay. We booked rest of stay somewhere else because I wasn’t staying another night there due to lack of customer care and service.

Better selection in the area for the price we paid.
