I was warmly greeted and was able to check in early. My family had a suite with multiple beds and falls view. Room was clean, staff was friendly, housekeeping kept the room tidy. Would definitely return

The hotel and the staff were great. The steakhouse Morton's Grill was a complete ripoff. Online they offer a view for a fee which every table has a view anyways. Save your money on the table fees online. The steak dinners do not come with anything other than a steak. If you want a potato you're paying large. That said dinner for 2 was 440.00 with a 10% tip. More then the room

Parking lot is quite far away. I had to drive to it and then walk back in the rain only to find out the front desk did not give me a parking ticket to put on my dashboard. When I checked in, I kept getting interrupted by a food delivery service man and the front desk employee kept speaking to him rather than focusing on my check in. I then had to walk back to my car in the rain and back to the hotel again. Just very inconvenient.

We had a bad experience with a staff at the Terrapine cafe. They are not accommodating.
Particularly a service staff named Kate. When we arrived at the cafe we asked for a window seat because we would love to see the view of the Falls but Kate said it was all occupied she sat us on a different table. As we sat down we saw several tables were unoccupied by the window.
After a few minutes I asked her if one particular table was occupied and she said no. So in other words we were very disappointed and again after a few minutes she sat 2 ppeople in the table for 3 but there were many tables that were open for two. Same thing happened a say before but it was another service staff we asked for a window seat but was turned down.
