All staff are kind and helpful. The hotel has a free shuttle bus as a complimentary service and is near the train station, so I think it is very convenient. The menu for breakfast is the same as other hotels in Canada, so I think if you book a room with no breakfast and buy it by yourself, it could save your money than book a room with breakfast.

good location, near with supermarket and food court, also sky train. the room quite standard, no something special, just comfortable
