When we arrived to secure 4 rooms, we were told the water would be tested the next day by foor for a few mins on each floor starting on the 11th floor and working down to the main floor. The next day at 10:00 AM, all floors were without water for showers, then the power went out at 10:30AM, I had enough. Dragging luggage down steps from the 6th floor. Very poorly managed and not in tune with the reservations. Water should be turned off at night and not inconvenience the guests through the day...sad hotel and will never go back!

Was a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Hotel shuttle was great, runs every 30 minutes but make sure they know when you need to go so that they can be sure to have space for you. The hotel is within walking distance to the transit train line and many restaurants and fast food shops. A grocery store is next door as well. The pool and hot tub were great and the fitness centre looks well equipped.

Good place close to airport with complimentary shuttle to both the main terminal and the south terminal. The Aberdeen station for the Skytrain is across the street and therefore easy to access the sites in Vancouver. Although it’s close the airport it’s relatively quiet. It’s situated in a mixed commercial/residential area. The staff id friendly and always looking to help.
