Clean modern room.

Third time here. Only hotel we will stay at in Kingston.

Breakfast is not included. I did get an upgrade to a room with a balcony and view of harbour, so that was nice. Location is great and if you're lucky to get water-facing the view of city hall and harbour are amazing.

The only feedback is the first night I ordered room service which arrived in a take out bag in a box with wooden utensils. ($53-salad w/chicken breast, glass of wine & bottle of water) When ordering room service one expects standard plates, utensils and a tray. I did mention it upon check out and hope this practice is changed in November when I am back.

Really friendly staff who were really helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and modern. Relatively quiet but can hear other guests in the walkway and outside with church bell nearby. Parking lot was closed for maintenance, but cheap open air car park a minutes walk away easily accessible. Would definitely recommend staying here again!

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, well-maintained and quiet rooms. Bar/lounge area quite large, staff friendly and efficient.

Everything was great except the parking garage is a bit of a mess as still under construction…

Breakfast was ok

The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Both on the phone when making arrangements prior to arriving, as well as taking care of our specific needs/requests upon check in.

AC was noisy and a bit inefficient.

Parking was really expensive and breakfast wasn’t great, but everything else was good.

Perfect location, modern spacious room with huge tvs nice coffee n tea in the lobby in the morning would definitely stay again front desk was lovely

Lovely hotel in a great Kingston location.

Club Access was worth the price. Excellent facilities and great service. Very satisfied with our two nights stay. Free indoor parking was a big plus.

Room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Bathroom products were natural which was a nice touch. Added on the breakfast and it was an excellent value. Hotel was busy but rooms were quiet. Booked due to convenient location, walking distance to many attractions but hotel itself was also a lovely stay.
