Not free WIFI and $35 for parking is a bit much. But the room and staff were great

The room was clean and well taken care of. The staff was good and took are of my reservation. The location is excellent.

The room was beautiful, the view of the city was great. The front desk staff was so helpful. Will definitely return!

Fan for hvac in room was so loud could not hear the television. Bathroom door is frosted glass, so if anyone goes to washroom in night, it lights up the entire room. Underground Parking lot is having work done, must wait for traffic lughts for up to 150 seconds to allow one way passage. No pool, huge let down after booking with kids. Sink in room drained slowly. Shower was not hot. Body wash was disgusting smell. Elevator requires you to scan your key card. There is a small sign stating this, but it is not explained at front desk. Full elevator thought they were stuck multiple times because of this.

Everything was fine. The HVAC was quite loud, but, it actually made for good white noise

Room was excellent… King sized bed, corner room. Great for entertaining our friends. Wished we stayed 2 nights.

The parking lot is VERY tight with limited spots. The heat/air conditioning is very loud.

Our stay at the Kingston Marriott was very good until our 2nd evening. This hotel advertises that it has underground parking, however what they fail to advertise is that it is a public underground parking lot. We were in town for a swim meet and after a long day at the pool, I arrived back at the hotel late in the evening to a sign that said the parking lot was full. When I called the hotel, I was told "yes the lot is full, I will take the parking charge off your bill". When I asked where i was supposed to park I was told "you can find a city street parking lot". There was no apology, no sorry for your inconvenience". So, my child and I parked 3 blocks away and had to walk back with my child in her swim parca, wet hair and sandals. (as I was thinking when we left the pool, we would be parking underground and taking the elevator right up to our hotel room). I believe they should better advertise their parking situation. I was very disapointed.

Loved all of it

Amazing stay. Would like the tv to be able to plug in an external device (usb) and the fan/heat was noisy.

We love this hotel - we pretty much always stay here, and this trip was no exception to our amazing experiences. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the shampoo/conditioner/soap was amazing (as usual) and the staff was very accommodating when we needed extra stuff.
