Kingston Marriott

Stunning! I was shocked at how fabulous the premium king room was. We had room 909 which was fantastic, extremely spacious, well designed with lots of storage and a beautiful bathroom. Clearly a newly renovated floor in the hotel and it was really great.

The parking lot is a problem. We were here in December and there doesn’t appear to be much progress.

It’s a nice enough small hotel, but the AC fan was as loud as a jet engine all night - they tried to fix it after I complained but to no avail. The manager did give me a bunch of Bonvoy points after I complained in the morning, though - very professional

Room was really nice and clean

Very happy with our one-night stay at Kingston Marriott. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing stay at the Kingston Marriott. Was traveling to Kingston for the Draft and booked this hotel way in advance in hopes of securing the exact room type I wanted and at a decent price. As I arrived to check in, management changed my room to a King which is not what I booked. Told me they needed it for the Draft attendees…which I was…did not switch my room back to the 2 queens I booked and instead gave me a king room with an AC unit that doesn’t even work. On top of that the charge for parking is $35/night, in an underground parking garage that is going through renovations and is extremely tight to get around. Did not enjoy my stay at all. I think my review would have been different if they honoured my original booking. Also didn’t like the fact that they controlled the AC settings on their end. Had to call front desk a few times for them to reset it.

Clean room

10/10. Will stay there again. Great service, great staff, great food. Very clean. Only complaint was the shower door doesn’t close properly. Still 10/10 in my books.

We’ve stayed at Kingston Marriott before, however, I forgot to check if my room rate included breakfast which unfortunately it didn’t. Add parking, breakfast and expensive snacks, the room rate isn’t so affordable. We had issues with the hot water so it certainly woke us up taking a cold shower. The front desk said other guests also complained and offered us free parking.

Really nice and inviting hotel. Executive king room was spacious and well laid out.

Great location Staff were great

I appreciate the staff that were on shift on June 2 (8:30 PM ish) We drove 4 hrs for a work trip and were exhausted. When I called to discuss the noise in my room, the staff who answered the call was very understanding and helpful. I later went downstairs and spoke with the first staff who assisted with checking in, she was equally understanding and showed empathy of the situation. I appreciate the staff that night who made my work trip much more tolerable. Will be returning for sure!
