Our stay overall would have been lovely regardless- amazing location in the lower city, large rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast (not included) and easy parking even for a large minivan. However, our experience as we were leaving made an exceptional impression and speaks to the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff. As we were set to depart for a long drive back to the US, we noticed a nail in our tire. Without a beat, Anne at the front desk sprang into action, called AAA and found a local tire place that agreed to take us ASAP. Within an hour the spare had been put on and we were able to drive to the tire place and were on the road within three hours of the original incident. We will be forever grateful as will our son as we were able to make it to camp visiting day, albeit a little later than planned! Thank you Le Germain!

Great hotel close to evertything

The location is absolutely fantastic and parking very useful. The hotel itself is very nice and in a historic building. My only negative point would be that I found the room dark. The black paint in the ceiling with black furnitures makes everything very « dark » overall.
