Nice location on beach. Dog park close by. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance

Can you please advise customers of the bar that turns into a night club Saturday nights. They not only kept Us up all night until 2am but the people after it closed where so drunk they made so much noise we were up until 3am. You can literally hear the music pounding even with patio door closed. Not a happy camper since we had to be up Very very early! Room 437 June 20th

The rooms are dated , air conditioning did not work correctly, had to get up and turn of several times during the night . so it was way to cold when on even when we has it set to warm . the hot water took forever to get warm , had to plan ahead for shower and let water run for about 10 mins . there was a battery powered alarm clock that no mater what we did we could not get it to light up so you could see it in the dark , had to use phones to check time. Also the room was double queen , with only one night table in the middle , no night table on the far left and far right , lots of room for them so had to drag a coffee table over to the side of the bed , the restaurant were good for breakfast . we were Visiting with family from Calgary and Vancouver area , we had a nice family dinner off site , when we all walked back to hotel around 9:30 pm and were wanting to have a night cap at the hotel bar( the Barking Parrot Bar ) , but when we got there there was sign posted at the door and two guys collecting a cover charge of $17 per person to listen to some special DJ , we checked with the front desk about this and they had no idea why this was happing , we asked if there was some other place we could go to and they suggested we could walk down town to some other bar . not good .

My room was not cleaned when requested so they had to move me to a different room. That was not a problem. Room rates, pet rates and parking rates are very expensive.

I found the room comfortable but dated. The staff was friendly and helpful particularly with helping us store our bikes. The restaurant was decent for a drink and appetizers, and the view was outstanding. The rooms need updating as the water pressure was terrible and the shower head was particularly low, and I am not tall.

Staff was friendly and helpful upon arrival. The few concerns i had were addressed promptly and quickly. The room was super comfortable, especially after a long day.

Great location, very clean overall great experience. However, staff didn’t really tell us much at check in. Had to ask which building our room was in and even where the elevators are.

Clean room, breakfast at the cafe was good.

Fabulous location and we really enjoyed the little private beach! We will be back.

Very nice hotel. Doesn’t have a decent beach area. You’re better off walking a few km west of the hotel to go to a public beach. Hotel room doesn’t have a microwave but no big deal.

We stayed here for a weekend in May 2026. Hotel location lovely but unfortunately kept awake until 2am both nights due to loud music coming from the club inside the hotel. When telling the staff the next day, no real acknowledgment. Left very tired!
