Nice and spacious clean rooms, fantastic location and friendly staff. The cost of overnight parking seems a bit high for Penticton and the front desk staff aren’t exactly transparent about it but otherwise a great stay.

Good location, view but the building is old, hitting system is loud and we couldn't turn it off.( becouse of the noise and drift) Also, parking not included in our stay and on the reception they didnt inform us. TV remote very complicated and I couldn't use it to turn off the TV,so I had to turn off manually. Pool was ok,hot tub was ok but switch didnt work to turn it on.

Location is great, staff is kind. The restaurants have strange hours and not overly for kids, luckily the hotel is close to Amazing restaurants. The room was nice. Parking easy and convenient. The pool was horrendous and we ended up taking my 5 year old to Emergency after getting sick from swallowing pool water. She vomitted for 8 hours. My other daughter got an immediate rash.

Our room was above the Barking Parrot. Could hear the club beat until 2am and then the million basketball and swim team kids opened and closed doors and bounced their balls above us at 7am. Was not relaxing at all. Hairs on the bathroom floor, amenities for the price were mid. This used to be a higher end place to stay. It’s changed. Probably won’t return.

No free breakfast; coffee machine in room worked poorly; had to run the hot water faucet for 10 minutes to get hot; no free parking but they gladly let you park for $20 a day; loud music coming from on site bistro till 1:00 AM only shut off once I notified front desk; nice lake view.

Be aware they charge $20 for parking at check out, they gave us a parking pass and said to park wherever we find an opening and said nothing about having to pay $20 for a nights stay, unbelievable. Hotel is starting to show signs of age but was pretty clean otherwise. Shampoo was empty in the bathroom so had to use body wash. Charging for parking ($20) plus paying around $260 will not bring me back to this hotel.

Hotel was quiet, I was in the West Wing - newer part of hotel. The common areas were great, clean, new, felt upscale. The Room itself was mediocre for the nightly rate. Door to room was faulty, walls are quite thin. Roller shades stopped about 60% of the way, so couldn't enjoy the view. View of the back of the original hotel & concrete mechanical space was OK. Interior of Room was clean, the bathrooms were updated. Definitely not worth the price tag in the off season.

Our room was above their nightclub…had I known that this was the location of the room I would have cancelled and demanded a refund. We had no sleep (with an 8 year old who played hockey at 8am each morning)..because the Nightclub was booming music. Not a great location if you intend on traveling with kids, or need a decent night sleep.
