OMG, so I'm back at the Courtyard Marriott in Pudong and, like, the location is everything. This is my second time here and it’s still my fave. It’s literally right next to this massive department store, which is so convenient. Seriously, we didn't have to leave the area for anything because the mall has so many food places inside. There was always something new to try. The rooms are super comfy and the whole vibe is just perfect. For real, if you're looking for a place to stay that's central and has all the good stuff nearby, I 100% recommend this hotel. It’s just so easy.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect—from the service to the cleanliness and overall comfort. One of the best parts is its unbeatable location. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to a major shopping mall, where you can enjoy a great variety of famous restaurants and stores. Highly recommended for both shoppers and food lovers!

I booked a room and breakfast for 3 people, to the hotel, the hotel said our order was only for 2 people because of that we had to pay again for breakfast. I've been contacting cs and providing proof of breakfast payment to CS and until about mid-April until med there is no settlement, only to be asked to wait and say that the hotel has provided breakfast for 3 people. I am a loyal customer but if there is a problem there is no solution. Very disappointed!
