Discovered door would not lock when trying to leave for supper but couldn’t call down to front desk as phone didn’t work either. Missed super reservations waiting then had to change rooms. Once got new room went for supper and came back and keys didn’t work. Ran out of milk at continental breakfast and eggs/sausages were cold.

Breakfast is too limited and basic. Rooms need to be renovated. Amenities need to be maintained. Staff needs to be more professional

the room was good. slight language barrier with some of the staff. parking was extra $12.00. the area of the city's downtown core is a little sketchy. decor is a little dated. but overall all was fine

Great hotel. I stay with my girls every year on our girls trip! Got the suite this year and loved it. Although had to ask for more towels and face cloths. No biggie.

Good location and good price

I have never liked the security deposit required to stay. Returning customers with no negative history should be exempt. I KNOW it is waived after but seems like an insult at the moment.

Checkin and checkout were fast and easy, room was clean and set up every day, bathroom very clean. The property has a licking problem in the dinning area.

well appointed room, Roku tv, coffee/coffee maker with real coffee cups, windows open so freah air available, king size bed very comfortable, real glasses, parking available for a modest fee ($12.00/night), complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, staff friendly and helpful

Breakfast was pleasant. Paying extra for parking at a hotel that we are psying to stay in , is ridiculous.
