Everything is OK, strategic location and clean.

The staffs generally are friendly although when i check in without bringing a credit card, the staffs handling seem to be surprised. Wifi while available is not stable and slow. Room condition is generally good but we have a problem of adjusting the aircon temperature. Netflix and youtube are available on the TV but seems that there are interferences with australian channels so we did not manage to catch any show as it is too distracting. The location is great as it is close to tram stops and train station.

Centrally located hotel very near to 2 tram stations. I was upgraded to a room with a double and single bed at check in. Price is cheap for a Hotel in Spencer Street. Room is clean with daily change of towels. Hotel Breakfast is basic but the Cappuccino and Latte provided during breakfast is good.

Overall, this hotel is comfortable, clean, there is a free tram and when there was an incident when our room couldn't be opened, they tried their best without delaying. If I return to Melbourne, I will definitely stay here considering the good location & price. This is just a short story of my experience: When I checked in the hotel asked for a credit card guarantee, they said just write it down with positive thinking. I gave my credit card to them to write it down after it was returned to me. I checked in on. 12-15 June 2024 and stay in Sydney on. 15-20 June 2024 in Sydney I also use the same credit card. After that, he returned to Indonesia on. June 20 2024 upon arrival in Indonesia date. 21 June 2024 At 00.25 Indonesian time, someone misused my credit card with various transactions. I don't blame the hotel or anyone else, maybe this was just my lack of alertness. Here I just remind you that if any hotel asks for a credit card guarantee which they say is only recorded, we have the right to refuse to give it, it's better if we just mention the number. I have also informed hotels in Sydney & asked them to help investigate this case because this indirectly concerns the security of guests' personal data.

The hotel is clean and the bed is very comfortable. There are enough amenities such as a kettle for making coffee, a hairdryer and an iron in the room. Check in and check out was very quick. Comfortable spacious room. Although the shower area does not have a partition that is completely separated from the outside water tank area, so it often splashes when bathing, but it is also a point that can be ignored. Overall I feel satisfied with my stay here.

Room quite old but its OK la for stay there couple nights, as others say, location is good because near tram station, need to walk again if wanna go to the middle of the crowd.

Location was good. Only 500 m from southern cross station. Room decent. Unfortunately the cleaners didn't do their job of cleaning the room daily. Apart from that it was value for money.
