Great price and location. But the best bit, the room was super quiet (no paper thin walls!). They also had a $15 breakfast option, which seems great value (unfortunately over slept to take advantage! Maybe because the room was so nice and quiet)

Great place to stay if you need to use buses rail etc. Located just up from Southern Cross Station. Clean and comfortable rooms. Ideal for up to 2 day stay. Very helpful staff as well. Highly recommended if the price is right.

the room was incredibly clean, spacious and had all necessary essentials + a great smart tv! the staff made all interactions incredible - they were helpful, quick, and friendly! we had forgotten our key card in the room late at night and another one was provided with no issues but a timely ID to face/name check, which made me feel secure! we were also able to stay an extra hour past checkout time for free thanks to amazingly kind staff, which helped immensely as our train had been delayed and with me being disabled it kept me from a lot of pain! there are lots of wonderful facilities - the pool is clean, the gym has lots of equipment, and there is a lovely seating area with a great view outside the business center! it's such a quick walk to southern cross station too, and there are lots of nearby food options, along with a coles literally a 2 minute walk away!

The worst thing was the mattress on the bed. It was so unsupportive I felt my body went into av shape when laying on the bed. The pillow was like a pancake too, so not a great sleep, which kind of defeats the object of the room. The room was a good size and clean. The bathroom had one towel hook so if there is more than one person travelling, it's not great for hanging up the towel. The hotel was in a convenient location.

Besides the breakfast having fewer options than other hotels I’ve been to, I had a great experience for a single traveler. Room was clean and quiet. Not far from the bus terminal that goes to the airport. Trams are close by. And there’s plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I’d stay there again. Also, the price was very affordable. Note: I can’t vouch for parking, but they do have a garage.
