Atlantis Hotel, Melbourne

A very comfy convenient place to stay. Especially with railway and skybus to Airpot so close. Staff were wonderful too.

All ok, clean staff friendly helpfull, the sauna magnificent , look ive stayed many a place up there with the best of saynas 6am red hot detox, perfect

Decent accommodation for the price, the bedding was perhaps a bit old. Otherwise ok

Quiet, clean and convenient.

Close proximity to Southern Cross Station, Skybus and numerous places to eat. The Atlantis is the only Hotel we stay at in Melbourne. Breakfast hot food is only scrambled eggs and Baked Beans but there are plenty of other things to chose from. The downside is we’ve told too many people how awesome it is so if you don’t book early you miss out.

Clean and comfortable room with terrific window views. Great location to shops, restaurants, transport and sports stadiums. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great room with a great view. It was a great way to end my visit to Melbourne. The breakfast was not too elaborate, but nonetheless good. Very clean and modern. Good tv ( easy too log in Netflix account). Good, nice staff

Good clean property in a great location. Hard to beat on value for money. Wifi was a little slow and inconsistent in the room. The room itself was lovely, spacious and very clean. Due to thin blinds and facing onto Spencer St, the room did let in a lot of light through the night. A small improvement here would make the room so much better.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable and well presented. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. My only concern was the way my credit card was handled at check-in. My card was photocopied without my permission or any explanation. Given the increasing prevalence of scams, identity theft and data breaches, I found this concerning, as it unnecessarily puts guests’ financial information at risk. When I raised my concerns, the photocopy was returned to me, which I appreciated. I was also surprised that $100 was charged to my card rather than a pre-authorisation hold being placed. As an international guest from New Zealand, this meant I could have been out of pocket due to exchange rate fluctuations when the refund was processed. Most hotels now use pre-authorisations, which protect both the hotel and the guest without creating this issue. This isn’t a criticism of the staff, who were excellent throughout my stay. I simply hope the hotel reviews its credit card security procedures, as a hotel of this size should have more secure payment practices in place. Aside from this concern, I had a very enjoyable stay.

Really nice hotel when transiting through Melbourne from Airport to Trains or vice versa. Rooms are nice and clean and staff are lovely to deal with. Continental breakfast for $15 is great value. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was cleaned and spacious. I would gladly recommend it to friends, as it’s located right in the middle of everything.

Really enjoy our stay at the Atlantis. Good convenient location. Tram right outside as well. Good swimming pool. Could be a little warmer though. middle of winter.

Honestly just a good home base to rest at when exploring Melbourne.

Not very helpful when asked for early breakfast due to early day trip And didn’t allow to use Aus dollars 10 given as extra - as well Even wren Breakfast was not taken .Annoyimg !!
