Our first time in Mexico was AMAZING. The resort was clean, good food and amazing staff. The only thing we’d say if that housekeeping was inconsistent, we ran out of water and body lotion and had to request more often. Otherwise it was AMAZING. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful location with wonderful staff who are always happy to help. There were a few areas of the property that needed some maintained better, and the beach should be far more accessible to those with mobility issues who cannot handle stairs. We were unable to visit one of the restaurants because of that issue. Food could use a lot of help. The only two places with food that actually tasted good was the sports bar and the hibachi location. Buffet breakfast was also amazing.

Incredible property, very friendly staff, immediate access to ocean and beachfront, and awesome food choices as part of all inclusive made the vacation worth it. Would strongly recommend for a 3–5 days getaway. The property is fresh and looks new. Several daily entertaining activities in inside and outside the premise.

Marriott all-inclusive game me some mixed feelings and probably disappointed a bit. Good things first. This hotel is located about 12-15 minutes drive from the airport. The property is right on the beach with the best view. They keep the area pretty clean around and cleaning the beach from the sea weed every morning. Yes it’s wavy every day, so if you’re looking for some calm and shallow beach that is not for you. Now about things which should be improved. The pool is too small for the number of people around. It was too crowded. It’s not possible to find any available beach chair near the beach or pool unless you wake up at 6am and reserve a few by putting towels. I booked a Caribbean king suit at the top floor which has probably the best view but the room looked pretty old and outdated. The maintenance issues wasn’t fixed even though I reported them twice. About the food now. It has only one buffet called Casa Madre which is mostly a mexican food and the options are pretty poor for the all-inclusive resort. Polynesian grill offers a buffet breakfast but to me, the options there were poor as well. Pretty much eggs, bacon and pancakes. Maybe I’ve been in many different all-inclusive places but so far the Marriott all-inclusive has the poorest food choices. They also have 3 evening a-la-carte restaurants (italian, polynesian and japanese) which were always booked for all 6 days. Pizzas tasted weird. Mo’s burger and a Champions bar had probably the best food available.

Check-in and check-out were handled very slowly. The service showed zero professionalism and was highly inefficient. There was only one group ahead of me, yet I had to wait 30 minutes to be attended to.

The hotel, Food and staff were all fantastic! Honestly, the only reason we won’t be back is because of how loud the pool area is because there is only one pool there’s no escaping the sound system unless you go to the beach. We love the beach, but we also really enjoy the pool as well. Again the staff are super super friendly and the food was really good! It’s really just a matter of preference on how you vacation if this is a good spot for you or not.

Food = 8.5/10. Best of all inclusive I’ve been to. No true lunch buffet was surprising. Staff = 8/10 most were amazing and very friendly. Beach = sargassum was an issue but beach and sand were fine. Major waves were fun for the kids. Overall, pools and water slides were a hit but there was nothing for kids to do in the evenings. No arcade, no table games. We saw a ping pong table on the last day. My kids were too old to participate in the kids club. Nightly Entertainment = 2/10. Don’t expect big shows or anything exciting. Pool Chair Situation = 0/10. Pure chaos. Workers made it worse by taking things off chairs for those who complained. It was a mess

1.Pool side seating are gone all day .You need to spend time hunting for seats.. You have to go and grape seat as soon as you arrive there? Short in seating. I lost a very Valuable prescription eye glass. I am still waiting to hear from the hotel. Yes lost and founds was informed . I hope I can receive my glass as it is $$ and need to drive with it? I am now 5 days since we are back home still waiting to hear from them?

We have visited Cancún every year and have always looked forward to our trips, but unfortunately this stay was a significant departure from the experiences we’ve come to expect. The pool reservation system was a major source of frustration. Guests are effectively required to wake up at 4:00 AM just to secure a table — something we heard echoed by nearly every couple we spoke with during our stay. This is not what a vacation should feel like. On one occasion, a dispute over a poolside table escalated into a confrontation where another guest used inappropriate and offensive language in front of children. It was an uncomfortable and stressful situation that should never occur in a resort environment. To make matters worse, the resort repeatedly ran out of pool towels — a basic amenity that a property of this size and price point simply should not struggle to keep stocked. It added yet another layer of inconvenience to what should have been a relaxing day by the pool. Dining was equally disappointing. The reservation system was difficult to navigate, and missing a time slot meant struggling to find food at all. The menu options were quite limited, and as vegetarians, we found very little to choose from. What made it even more frustrating was that the resort consistently ran out of even the most basic food items — things like vanilla ice cream, cheese pizza, and beans. These are not exotic requests; they are staples one would expect to always be available at an all-inclusive resor
