The only down side was the questionable characters hanging around the parking lot

The exterior of the property and the front entrance are not inviting at all. Needs a good pressure wash and something to make it look inviting. Our room was located on the second floor at the end of the hallway. The elevator was dirty and the hallway carpet was filthy with many spots. Not a very inviting space at all. The room itself had been updated and was clean but I saw a lot of areas that required some attention to detail. The pool area door had a confusing message that led us to believe there was a pool closure between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.. I went to ask why and was told that only applies in the winter. So it was open.. The carpet down the stairs to the pool was just as dirty as the hallway carpet. The whole grounds made me feel sorry we had booked here. The restaurant is under renovations so a very limited menu is in place. We ate elsewhere. There is no tourist information at all in the lobby. No suggestions of what to do booklets, no restaurant flyers etc. This is useful info. when your travelling. Our room was clean. There was a nail sticking out of the floor so we covered it with tape because is was very sharp. The air conditioner had water leaking out of the bottom left corner. I put my damp towel on top of the ac for a second and my towel was dirty where it had rested. At night the train was unbelievably loud. Woke us up for 2 nights twice..

The property was good but the aircon is not that cold we need to request a fan because its too hot and i have a 6 months baby hopefully the staff give us a best room because we have a baby and she cant sleep all night.

Hotel staff was very accommodating with any issues we had. However the slide is going to need an update as it does have some rough spots that can I injure the skin

As our kids were swimming, we were watching the., with a bottle or water at our table. It ws very humid in the pool area! The staff were extremely rude and demanded removing the water immediately. When we tried to explain it is just water, we were greeted with an " no exceptions!". I understand that it is probably something they have to tell everyone, but this is the only place we have been to that won't even allow water!!! They have a very nice pool area with a ton of tables and chairs, so strange you can't even have a water bottle out there!

Balcony room to the pool was nice. Renovated and clean. Pool was spacious and clean. Kiddo had fun. It was a comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

Parking did not feel very safe but it was patrolled by hotel security. This helped ease our minds

Couldn't shower cause the shower wasn't working properly. Either hot or cold and was sweating away in the room because the air conditioning wasn't working properly.

It was clean, the staff was kind, the pool and hot tub were great!

Pool area was same as ever. Needs repair to waterslide and stairs to it forsure. We stayed in the renovated room. Beds were clean and comfy. But rooms were warm even with air conditioning at lowest. They need to upgrade air conditioning. Pool was warm and they kept the floors squeegeed

Staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful with things to do around the property. The pool was clean and the hot tub was older but nice and hot. The room was recently renovated and the renovations of the rest of the property didn't impead on my stay. Nice central location with all the amenities you'll need withing walking distance

Pool area very enjoyable

Well there was construction going on. Nd several “homeless” persons walking about! The room was pristinely clean! The place was quiet also . However the air conditioner was very annoying and loud…. going on and off! The beds were too soft for my liking !

Good stay~

I stayed on the second level and the AC was doing no justice and clearly would not for the rest of the night, with all due respect. I called and Randy came right away and provided a good assessment. I said that I would like to see if I can relocate to another room. I called and they asked me to come to front desk and they would accommodate. I got a room on the main level and the general air was clearly better and not as humid. They set me up with a main floor room and the general air was not as humid and the AC just needed to do its thing. It was manageable for the night and the AC just needed to cool it down. In the winter this may not be a factor. All rooms are updated and clean. Summer may be a different factor. All in all they accommodated me. I'd stay again.

Everything was great except that the day I arrived they'd apparently had some issue where the kitchen was temporarily closed. A couple of days later they had a limited menu, which was good. They have great french fries and I had a chicken caesar wrap as well. The kitchen problem was the only issue. I've stayed there before and I would stay there again. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
