Good rate for a booking made the night-of. Will stay here again. The location was within walking distance of drop off point for Rider Express bus from Saskatoon and also within walking distance of downtown Regina.

The over all stay was alright. There was a sewage smell coming from the bathtub drain, and the bathroom fan didnt work so we had to keep our hallway door open and keep the plug closed in the drain. The smoke detector in our room would beep every few minutes. We assumed the battery was dead, so we called staff to replace it. They came and removed it and told us it wasnt battery operated so they had to completely remove it from our room. The staff were helpful and pleasant, the hotel itself was a lot cleaner than it used to be, and the new renovations have really helped the appearance in the rooms and hallways.

Never actually got to check in. Girl at front desk asked for $100 damage deposit on credit card. I didn't have one Offered to give 100 either in cash or on debit and was refused. Will never consider booking there again. Lots of other options 7's.

Pool deck was gross, no drinks or food allowed. Would have been nice to relax with a drink and snack as we watched the grandkids play. Our room had a horrible smell and was way too hot - fan was terrible!

Pool is so dated- there were kids literally jumping on the waterslide and these were bigger kids. Everytime they jumped the waterslide shook. No staff watching and no parents caring at all. Fast forward to 11pm and further- teens running down the hall knocking on doors and screaming. We called front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

The room was dirty, stains on the bath tub, stains on the headboard, sheets also had holes in them. Had kids banging on both of our doors plus the broken pool dool that slams super loud everytime someone comes in and out. Called front desk about moving rooms, couldnt, okay but lady said shed deal with the kids...kids were not dealt with. WORST possible location, crackheads and drunks roaming the parking lot all night, having fights in the lot and screaming, lots of suspicious people hanging around there. Please dont be fooled by their "renovated rooms" this is a run down hotel that had its prime in 2001, housekeeping needs to do a better job, the hotel needs to fix the pool door. I dont find it fair at all i had to pay the amount i did for that stay to be harassed the whole time. Please DO NOT stay here.

Food was ok - Room was clean - Beds were nice

The pool is absolutely amazing. A few degrees cooler than the hot tub. The water slide is one of the best around. Perfect for parents to go hang out in while the kids are sliding. Loved it.

Nice place to stay when we are in Regina

Lovely large room off the pool. Kids thought that was the coolest. Comfortable beds. Had a great sleep. Room and bathroom were clean. Attendants only missed cleaning out the fridge from the guests before. Only thing that we would've liked, to be able to login into the Netflix. TV had the app but was unavailable for use.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. I recently stayed at this hotel and booked five rooms to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, with family traveling from Saskatoon. I spent several hundred dollars expecting a positive and welcoming experience. Before setting up, I confirmed with a staff member that having food on the balcony was allowed, and I proceeded based on that understanding. Unfortunately, a manager named Micha approached us and told us to remove everything immediately. While I fully respect hotel policies and complied right away, the situation was handled in a very confrontational and unprofessional manner. I calmly explained that I had been told it was permitted, but the tone remained unnecessarily harsh. We were also told that the general manager was “furious” and that photos had been taken of our setup. There was even mention of potentially shutting down the pool because of our group, which was very embarrassing in front of my family and guests. What concerned me most was that a photo was taken of our setup that included my daughter’s birthday cake with her name clearly visible. This was a private family celebration, and it felt intrusive. We also observed these photos being shared with other staff members, which raised further concerns about privacy and professionalism. Overall, this experience took away from what was meant to be a special day. I understand that policies must be enforced, but how situations are hand

Pet friendly hotel with nice staff.

The hot tub was cery merky. In their defense, the hotel was extremely packed with families. I think the staff were trying hard, but it was impossible to sleep with all the screaming and running in the halls. Great place to stay with families but maybe not the place to stay if you expect quiet and to sleep. The train also blasts through all night right next to your window…

This hotel is an older hotel, but you can tell they are trying to fix it up. There are even staff going around the parking lot cleaning up garbage. The rooms are nice and clean. You can tell that cleaning is important to them and I think that it is incredible as you do not find it at many hotels nowadays. Now, I want to explain the downsides to this hotel as it leads to a lot of frustration. The pool is open very limited hours and you are not allowed to even take a bottle of water out on the deck. If you have a poolside room they lock the door from the outside so you can’t even go sit in the pool area after hours. This hotel would have been a 5 star easily, if it wouldn’t have been for the ridiculous pool schedule and the strict rules. The pool is open two hours in the morning, then again for 5 hours in the evening and closes at 9 pm even if the pool is packed. They just kick everyone out. I just find it so ridiculous because a lot of people are booking because of the pool. If the pool has to be closed in the afternoon, then why not have it stay open later in the evening so the guests can enjoy the pool. Seems like such a waste. When you do finally get to swim the pool water is so nice and warm! Everything is great about this hotel except for the pool hours. My daughter was very frustrated. Too bad because it is a nice hotel and the prices are very reasonable. We did stay here two years ago and had the same frustration. We came back to see if it’s changed and it hasn’t

The hottub had things floating in it and the water was so dirty it had a thick layer of film on top.
