The hotel was great. It had all the amenities. It was clean. It was close to the tourist attractions.

Sofitel Westlake Hangzhou offers excellent service, especially for the manager on duty and reception. They helped me so much during my check-in process. I have really appreciated it. The concierge is also so helpful during my stay.

Strategic location, friendly service, luxurious and comfortable room, with very good breakfast. There is also an umbrella inside wardrobe, just perfect! Highly recommended.

Choosing Sofitel West Lake Hangzhou was really the best choice for my 1st trip. Its located just 100M away from West Lake, so strategic place. You can just walk to the lake anytime you like.. I was also pampered so much with great hospitality from GM to Hotel staff, upgraded room, warm welcome and great choices of foods for breakfast. Highly recommended!!

It was really great stay at the hotel, room is really clean, bed is comfy and breakfast is superb. Staff was really nice and helpful

Close to Westlake 600 m to subway price is quite expensive
