Being a solo traveller I would highly recommend this Beutiful hotel everytime being 100% honest ! Staff communication is top notch ! Many bilingual especially where needed at reception . The rooms are perfectly designed / set out & very high standards of cleanliness, through out the whole premises inside & out ! Members of staff at reception that stands out so far after a weeks stay is Killien sorry if I’ve spelt wrongly . He is only a young member of staff . His top skills for the Hotel / hospitality businesses are as follows - all round in general top Professionalism , no language barrier , listening skills perfect , Friendliness & reception duties - really clued up . So a big thank you to all the friendly staff at the Eden vacacional parque at Puerto de la Cruz. By the way the food especially breakfast is magnificent! No criticism through out only positives. You won’t be disappointed booking your holiday here!

Nice property

The room was not smelling good, and The staffs were not very motivated to solve the problem. After , they finally offered me an other room .The process took about 1h30 min .The other room was by the entrance of the hôtel and I could hear the bisses that didn’t stop their engines for 30 min +, at a time . Moreover everything is less than average and the rating does not reflect the service and the accommodation. The beding is also less than average

It was absolutely amazing. The environment and ambience was incredible. The staff were always available and very helpful. There was music at the bar every evening and the breakfast was really lovely too

Staff are absolutely fantastic at this resort, thankfully, as expedia telephone agents absolutely messed things up for my family's holiday and the staff here helped us through the most stressful evening with care, patience and good thought. For that i am forever grateful 🙏

Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife.

The property is good value for money, the apartment had everything I needed and it was very clean and in good condition. The bad points are - no air conditioning! (In Tenerife!!) and it was VERY noisy in the evening and morning due to my location being directly above a restaurant. I would have asked to move but I imagine a higher floor would have been even hotter and unbearable with no aircon! Also the parking situation is rather expensive.

Very disappointed with Eden! No air conditioning or ceiling fans, it was like waking into a sauna when checked in. Had to pay 20 euros deposit for a small heater/fan which was noisy and didn't blow cool air. The building is on a very steep hill making it difficult to go anywhere without taxi or pre-arranged transport. Building is a quite old and needs refurbishment including the bedrooms. Had mosquitoes, spiders, insects and lizards in the apartment and the room phone was out of order during the whole stay. Wifi only works in the main reception area, there is no Wifi signal in the bedrooms. A typical 3 Star premises.

Not a four star hotel!!!!!! Very nice staff but the building is very old and dirty, the apartment I booked was very uncomfortable, couldn’t access the stove because there was a door blocking it. The bathroom had a sewer smell very nasty and the shower was so old that it looked dirty.

The hotel was a bit worn but otherwise kept very clean and we enjoyed our time there. The staff where very pleasant. However we never got our room phone fixed after mentioning it about 4 times. Everything else was great

Comfy room and good breakfast, the buildings are quite old but well maintained. Staff was friendly as well.

Very laid back stay Enjoy sight seeing so plenty of walks and lot to see Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and late afternoons round a lovely pool area

Poor maintenance in the common areas. Also in the reception people without training, they delay around 10 minutes for told me, my invoice have to send by email later, because only one person could do it. However for the price it's a good option, closer to the Puerto de Las Palmas and the airport

The WiFi is not good enough at all for facetime calls.

On my opinion there's not really anything to justify the 4th star. Beds are very basic level. Design, service, etc. Everything is on the level you would expect in a three star. Building is a little old only partially renovated. There seems to be some machines that make some noise, not sure if it's the elevator or something else. Anyway it's quite noisy. The freezer inside the fridge was missing the door, so fridge was leaking some water and the damage on the floor was visible. Cleaning was good.

We stayed at the Eden for a week. It is quite run down and needs updating. The food was excellent but communication to the residents pretty well non existent. Overall it was ok but not great.
