This hotel was completely misleading. It looks nothing like the photos. The food and drinks are terrible and staff were unhelpful. The check in took hours. The beach was so crowded and I would not stay again.

The room was clean as well as the resort as a whole, but it was a little rundown. It looks like it used to be a very nice property. I give it some grace because rundown doesn’t necessarily mean dirty, so it was clean, but it looked like they could use some upgrades and remodeling. There was no microwave in my room, and granted, that’s fine, but there has to have been a microwave somewhere on the resort, and they didn’t let us use it, and I think this was a ploy to get us to buy their nasty food via room service. I didn’t use the pools, but there was one pool that was closed. I guess for renovations and everything, that we ate through room service was mediocre. You probably could’ve made it better at home. We tried to book reservations at the two restaurants that they have on site, but the website said that they were booked and then wouldn’t allow you to make the reservation days in advance. When we brought this up to the staff, they said to just try again tomorrow, and we had the same issue the next day.

Absolutely one of the worst resort experiences I’ve had. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and nobody seems to know what’s going on. We waited forever for basic things like check-in, towels, housekeeping, and maintenance. The rooms smell musty, things are broken, and when you report problems, you spend HOURS chasing people for updates. This place looks much better online than it does in person. Save your money and book literally anywhere else in Cancun.

Great location close to the airport and all time beach access. Best service I ever experienced. Book the all inclusive it's the best deal!

Overall, it was good. People are extremely nice, the facility is clean, and their rooms are what they show in the pic… But when it comes to the pool, from the three pools, not all of them were open, I guess because of the season also. Be careful when booking through the app since they will offer you a package for all-inclusive, but when you get there, most likely, they will tell you that you got a different package, and then that will be an extra for it. Also, they have a feed for room service (maybe my expectations were based on previous experience that I had from other all-inclusive where everything is inclusive and you tip if you want, but not that they will charge you a about 10 us or 300 pesos to bringing your food up every time you order). In addition, you’re not allowed to bring food out of the buffet.

Big pool and main lounge was under construction! Kids pool was murky! The only “okay” pool was next to construction work, very noisy!

I found all dirty pillows and all decorative pillows smells so bad during my stay they didn’t leave any wash cloths I leave a notes twice but never leave it many things I don’t like it they give me the worst room

The staff was great, spoke English very well. Jesus A. was especially helpful. The room was nice and had a great view. Food at the buffet was good, easy to access and readily available. I was especially happy with Gabriel at the amenity desk, very helpful with excursions and local fun.
