Clean room and helpful staff.

Location to everything is great, that’s a 5 star. Found ants in appartment crawling all over bathroom. Mold visible in showers, Choose this place because of good reviews and breakfast, there was no breakfast included and in the descriptions on Expedia says full breakfast service.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones limpias, equipadas con todo lo necesario incluyendo muy buen AC para combatir el calor del verano, personal amable, precio aceptable. Las habitaciones y los baños necesitan una actualización urgente. Y es necesario cambiar las ventanas para mejorar la insonorización ya que hay un nightclub debajo y hay mucho ruido hasta altas horas de la mañana.

Very good location, next to the Recoletos metro stop, and the Archeological museum. One thing they need to fix: if you get a. room with two single beds, the shared headboard has reading lamps mounted in the center of each bed with sharp corners ready to split your scalp when you sit up. It also makes it impossible to sit up in bed since there is a sharp, square, light fixture in the middle of your back.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Upon arrival, we found our room and the walls to be dirty, with a strong, unpleasant odor, and it did not match the photos or description on their website. Because of these unacceptable conditions, we did not stay in the room or complete our check-in. Although the staff offered to move us to another room, we declined because we had already lost confidence in the property's accommodations. Additionally, our experience with the front desk staff was discourteous and unhelpful. They did not believe us when we said the room was dirty with a bad odor. They sent an employee to check the room, only to come back to disagree and tell us the room was totally fine, which was false. The staff was rude, and they are refusing to refund us even though we did not stay here. Basically, the hotel has stolen our money and refuses to refund it.

The property is ok, however I only got two small beds not a double bed… it felt that I got the economy room not the double room I paid for. The location is perfect however it is nosy. Not sure if the neighborhood or the hotel itself. I just kept hearing noisesz It could be nice to have blackout curtains for better resting.

Ideal location, right in the center of Salamanca, where fashion shops, jewelry, stores and restaurants are concentrated. Exceptionally large bedroom, with mini kitchen. Nearby PARKING with HOTEL discount. Within 20 minutes walk of most of MADRID landmarks I have been staying there for over 10 years, every time I cross the ocean to Europe, and would not consider staying anywhere else. For the record, my job took me all over the world for 45 years, and I am a 7 million miler on American airlines

The place was not too bad, but certainly not as it looked on the website. The lobby looks fine, but as soon as you go up and out of the elevator, it looks pretty ugly and in need of maintenance. The walls in the hallways and the room are dirty and scratched. The room is smaller that it looked. The bathroom door has water damage as well as the shower ceiling. There is at least one night club close by and it was pretty noisy at night.

Serrano es de mis zonas favoritas en Madrid, así que quedarme aquí lo hace mucho más fácil. Lo unico es que mi habitacion tenia un olor parecido a cigarro, pero era algo más bien del hotel, se ofrecieron a poner la máquina de ozono para solventarlo, pero por lo demás todo excelente.

Imagine trying to sleep after a long day in the middle of a bar — that’s exactly how it feels here. I spent 3 nights at this apartment and couldn’t sleep because more than 50 people gather on the street right outside the main entrance. There is constant laughing, shouting, arguing, and noise throughout the night. I complained, but the morning staff told me there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing experience.

La ubicación es excelente, la atención muy buena. Las habitaciones no están en perfectas condiciones en relación a pintura, el aire acondicionado no funciona perfectamente, pero en general el hotel está muy bien.

It’s close to transportation and quiet

No response from hotel when texting using hotels.com app. Other hotels have responded to my questions. Also, AC was leaking water. Had to turn off when it was 95 degrees in Madrid.

It's an older property, and it shows. It seems they need to improve maintenance a bit. There are areas where walls were fixed, but never painted, missing ceiling tiles, etc. The door to our bathroom was damaged and you could only slide it open partway. Nothing major, but issues they could take care of. The room should come with tea/coffee fixings. Small things would be a big improvement.

É um espaço aceitável, seguro com alguns pontos para alimentacao. No que toca ainteracao com staff, a maioria usa somente lingua local (espanhol) o que de certo modo dificulta na comunicacao com cliente. No que se refere a limpeza, teve um dia que foi meio despachada de tal modo que mesmo se o supervisor passasse nao notaria. Obviamente abrmos uma reclamacao que foi devidamente enderecada ao atender que tal nao mais se repitiu. O check-out é 12hrs, entrentanto funcionários da manuntencao como da limpeza ja entravam no quarto as 10hrs, mesmo nos colocando ''do not disturb'' na porta. esse episódio me fez reflectir sobre o cumprimento de procedimento pois, pelo que saiba, a limpeza e tecnicos so entram apos o cliente dar check-out na recepcao. De modo geral é um local que dá para estar.

The hotel needs to do a better maintenance job. A fresh paint everywhere will help the appearance. Otherwise it is a relatively clean and utilitarian hotel.
