We found a magott in the room, front desk who checked us in was grumpy, servers during breakfast were not friendly nor smiling. We got charged of resort fee without us using the pool.

The bed & pillows were average at best in terms of comfort. The hotel was too warm throughout the entire facility, including the rooms. Parking was not included and cost $25 + tax. Lastly, the hotel added a 'Resort Fee' of $15 + tax which seemed sneaky to me. When I asked the front desk employee what that fee was actually for, he didn't have much of an answer other than saying it was in the fine print when I booked the room online.

Clean rooms. Great breakfast!

The room was clean and the drapes were broken but they came right away and fixed it- The hot tub was cloudy so didn’t use it. Breakfast was minimal to what used to for hotel breakfasts, no fruit, no peanut butter. Good otherwise- nice that they have actual silverware and ceramic mugs. It was interesting that you had to check in for breakfast. Not good or bad just interesting

Breakfast felt like you were being watched, had to sign in to go into area,and we were sested by someone, couldnt pick own spot, time limit of 20 mins posted on tables, small dining area, food was just ok, wasnt hot. Pool is old and looked green,was very disappointed as i was looking forward to using it.

The hotel was very clean and super well located. The most inconvenient thing was that our room was on the other side of the hotel and there was no way to access it from the inside. This was not ideal, as we were travelling with family, who were located in the main building. When I spoke to someone on the staff about changing rooms, I was told, I booked a room with 2 beds and not a king bed with a view, so I would only be able to change for a fee. It wasn’t the best situation, but we really liked the hotel!

Stayed in room 234 - dated, electrical outlets did not work, bathroom fan was very loud, free breakfast but limited offering and no fruit, no elevator to 2nd floor room

Breakfast plentiful aamd lots of options. Pool looked clean but we did use. Beds comfortable. Room and bathroom tired looking but clean. Room very hot, had to open the balcony door for air to cool it off but we had to close it several times for all the smokers on other balconies blowing smoke in the room. 😞

Simply amazing manager Carl and all the staff are very professional and polite. We will definitely come back again.

Shower was on the verge of broken, air conditioning was on life support. Fridge slightly below room temp, no ice box. Ice only available in basement. Only a single small elevator for guest use. Basement has a mildew/pool smell. Rooms are dated and there is some legacy dirt that around the edges of walls/doors/floors. The place generally feels cheap and unclean. There is a $25 charge for parking in their mostly empty lot that is not disclosed in the Expedia listing but charged in advance anyways even if you select pay at property. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, nor at 3pm when I was told it would be and the staff initially asked me to wait in the lobby until it was, but quickly gave me a different room on another floor when I pressed. The pool didn't look great. The complimentary breakfast requires registration and someone to check you in. Waffle machine is cool. Eggs not great. Sausages about average. Coffee above average. Long story short, probably won't be back. Not necessarily the fault of the staff. Feels like bad a management/landlord/owner situation.

I lost my wallet on the way to Niagara and had no ID or credit cards when I arrived. The manager on duty, Mr Gambhir, and the front line staff on duty were very accommodating and I enjoyed my stay despite my mishap. Thanks!

Breakfast was ok, only downsize was that we had to wait for about 40 mins to be seated, as it was super busy and the area was small, so they had to wait for people to leave. Wish there was a microwave in the room, otherwise you have to ask one of the staff/receptionist to come with you to the area to warm up your food, and it has to be before 11pm. Also we had to pay them $25 for parking which we found a bit expensive. Room was clean and the pool was warm and nice and there was a hot tub too.

We were given a basement room which was not acceptable . I asked for different room and were denied . If such rooms are allowed te room charges should be clearly called out .
