Clean with a good staff. Breakfast was very good for a continental service. Love make your own waffles! Some fruit would have been a lovely addition to the breakfast bar.

The hotel was ok, they charged a $200 deposit, and $25 a night parking fee.. They made us wait 30 minutes while they inspected the room. I have been traveling for over 40 years, and have never been treated this way.

A very basic hotel, but it met our needs. Parking was less than ($25) other hotels ($35+), a basic hot breakfast was included and the price was right for a quick overnight stay. Vinny’s was across the parking lot and food wasn’t bad. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Niagara Convention Centre which was a very short walk, 7mins.

It could have been ok if the front desk ladies will be nice to customers. It is our first time in this hotel and will not come back. There is parking fee but not enough parking and we arrived late from US. We ended up parking in the Casino good thing we have free parking in the Casino. On check out i told the lady in the front desk that there are no enough parking and we parked at the casino and she said we should have given up the parking tag so i will not be charged but that was not explained to us when we checked earlier before going to the border. So i told her i can get the tag in the car and she said too late you will still be charged it should have been given up last night. I did not argue all i said if you know you do not have enough parking and the customer explained then do not charge the customer. We are pating a lot of extras already after the pandemic for lesser services. Also they said there a limit of 2 pax at the buffet or pay $12.99 in excess of 2.
